First time car buyer here!! I found them online, scheduled an appointment & less than 24 hours I got a call and ended up coming that same day! Chase made a promise to me that I would be leaving in a new vehicle and he didn’t lie, I left in a new mustang!! He was so humble and patient just made my overall first experience the best! If you’re looking for a new ride I would definitely recommend this place!! Ask for Chase he’s fast, understanding, and knowledgeable, you’ll forget you’re buying a car cause you’ve made a friend! Glad to be a mvp with vip!
Buying a car here was a circus from start to finish. Every salesperson I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and painfully unprofessional. Basic questions were met with attitude, misinformation, or outright lies. One salesperson was more interested in showing me texts from a stripper than doing his job, which pretty much set the tone for the entire place. I was lied to multiple times about the car’s condition and price, then told I was wrong when I pointed out the inconsistencies. The vehicle listed online wasn’t even the same one they tried to sell me, and the actual mileage was over 40,000 miles higher than advertised. They refused to negotiate, tried pushing me toward cars I didn’t want, and initially told me I wasn’t allowed to test-drive the car I came for. After the purchase, communication completely fell apart. Getting updates on the vehicle’s status or when it would be ready was like pulling teeth. I was also told I couldn’t pick up my own car from the body shop “for insurance reasons,” which sounded questionable then and sounds even more questionable now. I now have the car—and the bodywork is poor quality. Panel alignment is off, the work is obvious, and I still haven’t been provided a work order for any of the repairs that were supposedly done. No Carfax was provided either. To top it off, the car has a check engine light. I suspected it was there from the beginning, despite being told repeatedly that it didn’t have one. Turns out that suspicion was correct. The only reason this sale happened is because the car sold itself despite the dealership’s incompetence. If this dealership has any standards at all, they seriously need to rethink who they hire and how they do business.
Buyer Beware: I was sold the 2020 Nissan Sentra SV CVT with 23k miles that has turned into an absolute money pit just now going on 3 months into having the car with MINIMAL driving. I whole heartedly regret financing this car from this dealership. Since purchase, I’ve already had to: Replace completely worn brakes + rotors. (-1MM on front and back). Get transmission fluid serviced. Replace the gear shift assembly. (It was literally dry rotted.) And NOW the car is throwing a P0300 multiple cylinder misfire code, causing rough cold starts and stalling which from what I'm learning can lead to a serious engine issue. And that could be another few hundred dollar repair. Or multiple. Who knows. All while, NEW tires are going to be needed within the next 3 months. This is NOT normal for a low-mileage vehicle. Infact multiple mechanics that I've spent $2k with in the past month have been SHOCKED that the car is in such poor condition for having such low mileage. NONE of these problems were disclosed at sale and now I am locked into a high-interest loan for a car that clearly wasn’t properly inspected or reconditioned before being placed on their lot. The car looks nice (beyond the black stains on the tan interior we were told would come out when their detailer " detailed " it before pick up, that we were then told " would not come out after the detailer tried everything he could ") but mechanically it’s been unreliable and EXPENSIVE. Cosmetic condition means nothing when you’re constantly paying for repairs. Thankful they were able to get us approved considering our credit situation wasn't the best but, I feel incredibly betrayed and disheartened that they were more focused on the quick sale of a car with a ridiculous amount of issues DESPITE knowing we are expecting our first baby in a few months and desperately needed a reliable vehicle. Incredible. Save yourself the headache and bring your own mechanic or just shop elsewhere.
