BEWARE!!! This place is a bad business deal… i purchased this truck from here 60 days ago, for the past 30 days it’s been sitting at the Dodge shop because it’s supposed to came with a 2 yr warranty on the motor and the transmission. The warranty and the dealer is arguing back and forth about the warranty company not paying the $1,500 repair that’s covered under warranty. I called the dealership for 5 days and got told everyday that they are going to get with the manager and resolve this. Now they are not answering ANY of my phone calls after making multiple promises on fixing this issue. Please DO NOT come here to purchase a vehicle. There are other places close by that sell better quality vehicles that are not overpriced and there to satisfy their customers the right way instead of scamming them outta a deal.
Purchased a car here about a month ago maybe only driven the car two weeks and I’ve been having ALL types of problems with the car and the dealership isn’t trying to fix the car or help at all!!!!Their so called warranty is bullshit it doesn’t cover anything…Chase is the most shiesty salesman there and the sales manager Kendall is a scam artist they lied on the paper work to try and increase the value of the car to the bank.Their not a real dealership they are a buy here pay here place…Never would recommend them to anyone!!!they also shotgun my credit by running it more than 12 times. Since they so called fixed the car I’ve been having more issues than before..STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!
Jose!! My men!!! The M.V.P. of the dealership, i bought the vehice online with him, everything was smooth, not issues at all, all paperwork got done the same day, he work with me step by step during the whole process, from the beginning all the way to the end. I got my vehicle ship without any problems low-key, he was always giving me updates on the car, everything was transparent and no shot, i think i will come back again. Thank you Jose Lima for my 370z!
