  UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY Start of December 12th, I bought a Ford Explorer on the condition that they fix the electric third row that was not working. they agreed and they gave me an appointment, I stayed 3 hours there and they couldn’t fix it. They told me they have to order a part and I have to come back the next week, what I did! It was supposed to be for 2 hours, I stayed 8 hours!!!!! MY ALL DAY OFF It was not fixed again! They said the will order new seats, I waited days, weeks, months, I called 27 times the company and the manager phone number, I texted hundred times the manager Kevin phone number that HE gave me but he didn’t even respond. At the company phone number nobody knows! At the manager phone number he didn’t answer phone calls and texts. I told him I will never give up, never! I couldn’t use 1/3 of my car, couldn’t go to big grocery because I couldn’t move the seats. it has been four months and I decided today to go down there and for the fourth time and I went back and forth with the manager over his deal that he had made with me. I came back very angry and forced them to fix it on the spot or take back the car and give me my money back. And oh surprise! The seats were here! I had to stay again 2 hours…. They changed them and I left. Stay away from this people, even the sales persons quit the job lol

  Buying a car here was a circus from start to finish. Every salesperson I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and painfully unprofessional. Basic questions were met with attitude, misinformation, or outright lies. One salesperson was more interested in showing me texts from a stripper than doing his job, which pretty much set the tone for the entire place. I was lied to multiple times about the car’s condition and price, then told I was wrong when I pointed out the inconsistencies. The vehicle listed online wasn’t even the same one they tried to sell me, and the actual mileage was over 40,000 miles higher than advertised. They refused to negotiate, tried pushing me toward cars I didn’t want, and initially told me I wasn’t allowed to test-drive the car I came for. After the purchase, communication completely fell apart. Getting updates on the vehicle’s status or when it would be ready was like pulling teeth. I was also told I couldn’t pick up my own car from the body shop “for insurance reasons,” which sounded questionable then and sounds even more questionable now. I now have the car—and the bodywork is poor quality. Panel alignment is off, the work is obvious, and I still haven’t been provided a work order for any of the repairs that were supposedly done. No Carfax was provided either. To top it off, the car has a check engine light. I suspected it was there from the beginning, despite being told repeatedly that it didn’t have one. Turns out that suspicion was correct. The only reason this sale happened is because the car sold itself despite the dealership’s incompetence. If this dealership has any standards at all, they seriously need to rethink who they hire and how they do business.
