  BEWARE!!! This place is a bad business deal… i purchased this truck from here 60 days ago, for the past 30 days it’s been sitting at the Dodge shop because it’s supposed to came with a 2 yr warranty on the motor and the transmission. The warranty and the dealer is arguing back and forth about the warranty company not paying the $1,500 repair that’s covered under warranty. I called the dealership for 5 days and got told everyday that they are going to get with the manager and resolve this. Now they are not answering ANY of my phone calls after making multiple promises on fixing this issue. Please DO NOT come here to purchase a vehicle. There are other places close by that sell better quality vehicles that are not overpriced and there to satisfy their customers the right way instead of scamming them outta a deal.

  UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY Start of December 12th, I bought a Ford Explorer on the condition that they fix the electric third row that was not working. they agreed and they gave me an appointment, I stayed 3 hours there and they couldn’t fix it. They told me they have to order a part and I have to come back the next week, what I did! It was supposed to be for 2 hours, I stayed 8 hours!!!!! MY ALL DAY OFF It was not fixed again! They said the will order new seats, I waited days, weeks, months, I called 27 times the company and the manager phone number, I texted hundred times the manager Kevin phone number that HE gave me but he didn’t even respond. At the company phone number nobody knows! At the manager phone number he didn’t answer phone calls and texts. I told him I will never give up, never! I couldn’t use 1/3 of my car, couldn’t go to big grocery because I couldn’t move the seats. it has been four months and I decided today to go down there and for the fourth time and I went back and forth with the manager over his deal that he had made with me. I came back very angry and forced them to fix it on the spot or take back the car and give me my money back. And oh surprise! The seats were here! I had to stay again 2 hours…. They changed them and I left. Stay away from this people, even the sales persons quit the job lol

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with VIP Auto Enterprise in Orlando. I had been talking with a salesman for weeks about a specific car and drove over 3 hours to come see it in person. When I arrived, the salesman I had been communicating with wasn’t even there, and to make matters worse, the car wasn’t there either. No one at the dealership seemed to know what happened to it. I asked multiple employees and couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone. After spending weeks communicating and planning the trip, you would think they would at least confirm the car was actually on the lot before telling someone to drive across the state. Driving 3 hours for absolutely nothing because of poor communication and lack of organization is completely unacceptable. It felt like nobody there knew what was going on or cared that I had just wasted an entire day. please if you see a good price, it is too good to be true the out the door price will be much higher and the place is run down, terrible and unlimited red flags. please do not go here.
