  First this post is a little late, sorry for that Main Street Auto! I was car hunting in February and had made a list of dealerships to visit. First on my list was Main Street Auto. As soon as I showed up, I was met by an incredibly calm and ingratiating young man. He wasn't over eager or hungry cringe to make a sale. He was very mature and listened to everything I asked about. MSA has a great test drive policy and said we could drive the car for 30 minutes, get some food if we wanted. It was a very relaxing environment. I had found a Nice used Nissan Murano on site and test drove it. Its a great car. After the drive I told them I'd be back (because I wanted to shop around a bit.) after 2 days of traveling from Tracy CA. and back around the bay, every other dealership I went to was a big disappointment. So I reached out to MSA. my salesman picked up the phone first ring. We chatted, I said I wanted the Nissan cash out the door and it was a good to go. We were over an hour away and this young man WAITED FOR ME to get there with keys in hand. I contacted my bank to let them know I was making a big purchase and they threw a curveball saying it might not go through. This young man (21 years old!) didn't even blink. He went to his supervisor and asked if I could drive off the lot with a partial payment and come back with the rest on Monday. The supervisor agreed and thet plan was good to go. Thankfully my bank came through and the whole payment was made. He sat with me and explained every last detail of all the paperwork I was signing, showed proof of clean title, gave me a discount AND a full tank of gas! I've only ever bought cars off private owners. FB marketplace, Craigslist etc. but these guys at MSA in Vallejo are top notch in my book. My partner is looking to get a car when the tax return comes in and we're going back to Main Street Auto! 10\5 stars.
