I heard about Creative Credit & Auto when I was looking to buy my first car from a lot. I reached out after finding a car I liked on their website, and I got a response almost immediately. Jeremy was very very helpful and friendly, and more than willing to explain everything to me. The application process was so easy, and I got approval over the phone which was very convenient. He answered all of my questions and was very informative during the whole process. I test drove the car the next day and immediately fell in love- Jeremy helped me with every single document and broke everything down for me that I had questions about. There was a very minor issue with the heater, and I was immediately put on the schedule for maintenance. There was also a very nice blonde lady at the office, I didn’t catch her name, she was also beyond friendly and helpful. The entire experience was a positive one, and I left feeling so confident in my decision. I absolutely recommend them for anyone trying to find a reliable vehicle.
