  • I was on the hunt for a car. I saw this Mazda and inquired online. Maureen was on it and called me right away. I explained my situation and she went to work. We came up with a plan so I drove up from Roseburg to their new lot on fairgrounds. My GPS was not useful on finding the lot so Maureen stayed on the phone with me to get me there. What an angel! I met with John and Adrian. Adrian was nice enough to come with me for a little test drive. Answering all my questions about how to do any of the new electronic gadgets and such. Very patient. I came back and John helped me with my paperwork and finalizing my deal. He was very good about talking about the process. I also came very prepared to make it easy on them too. While we waited for some paperwork I got to tell John about my journey of education and career and how I like to vacation. The lobby is clean and they offer refreshments and bathroom if needed. I can’t wait to “pimp my ride” and share pics! Always good to work with a team that gets along with one another.Because a lot of sales offices have that she is mine attitude. PS having a turbo is fun. I’ll probably get myself into trouble 😎

  • I've never has any good experiences with a lot of places, but everyone at Creative Credit was extremely friendly honest and straight forward which to me is more important than the actual cars itself. I can't believe how great everyone there is, Annie went literally above and beyond for my needs and helped me find the car I felt was for me and that I am happy with. I'll always go and recommend that everyone goes through them. They have not only mine but my family's greatest gratitude and respect. Overall had the best experience I ever had and for that they will be the only place I will go to.
