  • We drove several hours with interest in a vehicle, when we got there they became aware of some issues about the vehicle and were apologetic and offered us other options, with no pressure to make decision on the spot. We requested a week to consider as we had plans to come back up anyway. When we came back we found another vehicle we were interested in, they worked with us to get it all done and we drove home with it that day. Most dealers would wash hands of a sale afterwards, but when we reached out with a new concern they were both responsive and worked with us to find a reasonable solution. Great experience, and customer service!
