The rest of the staff was cool too. I was kind of nervous at first but after speaking with Alexander, I felt assured everything would work out and it did. I am greatful to have had him assist me.   Overall, I’m very happy with my vehicle. Jose, my sales rep was very nice. I settled on a 2021 Kia Soul w one previous owner and less than 100,000 miles. Just be careful when going through the finance process, I know dealers are there to make money but they talk fast. Make them go slowly and read every single line. There were some added fees and charges that were not discussed. I was told I was getting almost $1,000 off the price but in all reality I paid more than that in the end. I’m still very happy with my purchase though and my own personal mechanic looked the car over and said even with the added fees, I got a pretty decent deal. Do your research, read the car fax, and look at every single dollar on your contract to avoid any issues.
