  • I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. The sales process felt misleading and unprofessional. I was given promises that were not kept, and once the paperwork was signed, the level of customer service dropped completely. The car was not in the condition I was told it would be, and when I tried to address the issues, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. Buying a car should feel like an exciting and trustworthy process, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reliable place to purchase a vehicle.
