  • We were really disappointed with our experience. The salesperson talked over us and seemed impatient, while the office, which claimed to be open 7 days a week, was actually closed when we called. He rushed us over the phone to get information and overall, the experience did not match the positive reviews we saw. On top of that, he was asking for more than 25% down for a $12k truck, which felt unreasonable. Definitely not what we expected, and not good business.

  • I would do business with Carros N Trucks a thousand times over! They are a family owned dealership and were transparent the entire way through. I am a single woman and did not feel discomfort at all throughout the process. Very helpful and understanding without any unnecessary pressure to move faster than I wanted.
