I cannot recommend Jose Morales enough. He sold me a 2016 VW Tiguan at a really fair price, and I just took it in for a full inspection at the Volkswagen dealership — it passed with flying colors and the car is in perfect condition. Jose is extremely responsive and honest. He answers texts and calls immediately, and after dealing with a bunch of other dealers, I can say he is genuinely in a different league when it comes to transparency. I asked his opinion on getting the Tiguan versus a Mercedes, which was significantly more expensive, and Jose recommended me the Tiguan based on my current needs. Even after the sale was done, he's continued to point me toward trusted people for the improvements I want to make on the car. If you're shopping for a used car, go to Jose. I'd buy from him again in a heartbeat :)
Great experience Mr. Morales got me in and out with my purchase of my new 2019 Cadillac XTS5. Great customer service definitely will be back to purchase a vehicle for my daughter when she turns 2highly recommend.
One of the best experiences I had at a dealership. I was reluctant at first to go in to the dealership with it being almost a hour from where I live, but Simon asked if I wanted to do do an application online so I know I’m already approved for the car I wanted so I did. He called me back about 15 minutes later after I completed it and told me I was approved and when did I want to come in, which I told him I would be on my way right then. When I got to the dealership he got the car and told me to go for a test drive. When I got back he had the paperwork ready for me to sign. Walked me through the numbers and after signing and giving the down payment I was driving off. I mean no bs and no pressure to add unnecessary add-ons nor did he have me just waiting at the dealerships for hours like most do. THANK YOU and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a car!
