They have consistently failed to provide the vehicle titles in a timely manner. Within a week of purchase, the check engine light came on, raising concerns about the condition of the vehicles. Additionally, the dealership has been negligent in processing the vehicle transfers. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I was met with repeated delays and unfulfilled promises to resolve these issues. Due to their lack of transparency and failure to follow through, I requested that all communications be conducted via email or text to ensure a written record. I was forced to serve them through certified mail, yet as of today, I have still not received my vehicle registration. Their continued lack of response is unacceptable. If they do not respond to my latest email, I will have no choice but to pursue further action. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. I strongly advise prospective buyers to thoroughly review all contracts before making a purchase.
