  Niko at Best for Less Auto Sales My husband and I came from out of town, looking for a truck and it was absolutely worth the trip! Niko helped us, he was straight to the point , no sales tactics, no games, just real. He was honest, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.   Im not the average customer for this car lot or any. I don’t live in the Bay Area or Valley. Not even California, I live in Alaska, when i buy a vehicle I look nation wide because it's a flight regardless. So I set my sights on a particular, trim and model of a particular car I looked all over the US, Best for Less had the best price by a wide margin in the whole nation. Not the cheapest but the best for mileage, year, owners, etc. I called, told them I was interested, made an offer they told me their bottom line I said yes after that it was a breeze, I Zelle'd a deposit, and they held the car for weeks till I was able to get there. Niko also told me he had full price offers after we spoke, but honored my deposit, classy. Flew down, looked it over, test drove and by the way they said pre sale inspections were ok, but I didn't have time. So paid, the balance, they handed me a bill of sale and bam. Easy. Niko made me double check all the information was correct so the title company could mail my title. I want to address a couple of issues others have encountered. He charged me NO taxes, no extra fee’s save the Credit card fee. He does not have the title a title company does and I got mine a few weeks later, so blaming them for things beyond their control isn’t fair. Finally, of ALL the car lots nation wide these guys had the best reviews, and ALL lots had reviews claiming they were sold a bad car, everyone needs to understand, the process. ALL used cars are bought at auctions, and most car lot owners have no idea of the mechanics of a car, does it look ok and run. In other words if you get a bad car, it's as much a surprise to them as anyone, usually and how they handle it is what sets them apart. My car had a couple of small things that i didn't find till later, 100% on me, as i didn't check before driving away but nothing that would have made me unwind the deal. I took it to the very dealership it was traded into the next day, had them change the timing belt, and drove it 900 miles to Kent, Washington, through, two major storms, over mountains and high winds. Good, car fair price. The only thing i can say about Best for Less is their sales approach is, almost to chill, the opposite of sales pressure, just laid back. No complaints here and zero run around.

  Everything was great, smooth, with no pressure. Until about a month later, when I discovered that he charged me for a title transfer fee, but never even started the documents to transfer the car over to me. This is apparently a reoccurring problem
