  • I understand buying a used vehicle comes with car issues. I bought a truck from Texas auto place. Everything went great at the beginning I even recommended this place to others. Problems came when truck started having issues. The truck turned off on me so I checked the oil an there was no oil in the truck. Took the truck to Valvoline to get a oil change. (Wish they over fill) Took the truck to a friend of mine to check it an told me that the truck was burning oil an an that 2 sensors had to be switch. Since they gave me extended warranty I called them an took the truck in. I mentioned to Daniel the problem. An told him that 2 sensors had to be fixed and that if only 1 sensor was fixed the issue would appear again an again. Also the ac was not working properly. So I took the truck to get fixed again. When I went to pick up the truck Daniel told me that the truck was fixed an that the mechanic had checked the truck an everything was working just fine. On my way home the truck turned off again after checking the oil level the truck had no oil. They returned the truck with no oil. I called Texas auto place but they where close so I called the there mechanic. The mechanic told me only one sensor was switched since they didn’t want to pay. The problem happen from not fixing it right the first time. I called Daniel 6/24/23 he said he was going to look into it. An never heard back. I called an called an never was able to get ahold of him or anyone that could help. I took the truck to a gmc dealership where they told me the same thing my friend had told me from the beginning. today 7/11/23. Basically Daniel said am on my own. Since the truck had been driving more then 3,000 miles an warranty was not active no more. Daniel did a good job of hiding an not keeping his word. Final had the balls to take my call after the warranty expired. Lies after lies from this place.
