  Like others have said: easiest and best place to buy a car. There is zero pressure and not many dealerships will be 100% honest, this place is probably the most honest dealer I've ever done bushiness with. A lot of their cars have rebuilt titles which doesn't bother me or a handful of other people, clearly. The best part about this whole thing is they are so willing to send you pics of when they bought the car at auction before tear down so you can see what happened and then pics of the tear down. It shocks me what insurance considers "totaled" now. If you know enough about a car, see the pics and take a good look over or even take it and have someone else look odds are they will give you the stamp of approval. I know a bit about cars myself so when I came and checked out the Rav, I asked 800 questions that were answered honestly, crawled around the bottom, popped the hood where Alex showed me everything they replaced, he tossed me the keys, I drove it, I fell in love and then asked the to make an adjustment to the back door, fix the blinker bulb and recharged the ac cause it was all replaced. I picked my car up the next day and as I was testing out all of the cool new safety features I noticed that the front sensor may not have been re calibrated (car rear ended someone else) so I reached out to Alex and he didn't waste any time, his mechanic will be taking care of it next week. Obviously he doesn't want to sell you a shit car, but you are taking a small risk yourself with the rebuilt title or ANY car, let's be real. So if something comes up like what I'm sorting out he would probably be ok fixing something that came up shortly after the sale but he or his dealership does not warranty anything. He's an honest guy and really easy to talk to.. no slimy sales tactics here. When they started their dealership I was their FedEx driver and I thought "theres no way" these guys where gonna be there long w their small inventory (crap cars to be honest) and the location was a bit odd but then years later I was oddly surprised to see they were still in business and had a WAY better car inventory, not to mention the car I was on the market for for a great price! I'm glad I stopped in and bought this car here, if I need another I'll be checking their lot first. Lastly, I can always appreciate a business who will throw out the facts with proof when they are getting slammed on a terrible review from a customer. So for them standing up and proving what they stand by is something to be said... great work ethic and great guys. Thank you, Alex!

  Half a year ago, I bought an Acura MDX 2016 which was totaled once. The owner even showed me the pictures of the damages as well, no lies! No hiding! The car is amazing! No issues! It is the first time I am happy with my car purchasing out of eight times car purchasing! They have in house and outside finance. They suggested me to go to BECU in person and request the loan. At first, I found it inconvenience but it became the best experience because the banker gave me the most valuable information. She told me that the car price is actually below the market value. I also requested the banker to look for the price of the other option that I had in my mind from this shop and she gave me the actual price. Receiving this info from the banker who did not get any benefit from the transaction, was a piece of mind. Any way, I had a pleasure to meet these people and buy my first SUV! 100% recommended

  My wife and I bought our third car from these guys. The other two are in the reviews in the name of Andrew, CRV and Prius. You can see the pictures. Extremely happy with honesty and friendships of this company. Cars have a rebuilt title but are incredible. Great price and we NEVER had a problem. The Prius we had for 3 years just doing maintenance. 5 starts always my friends. My family says Thank you!
