  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don't write many reviews, but this dealership absolutely earned one. I recently purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 from them and, because I live several hours away, the entire transaction was handled remotely. Buying a vehicle from a distance can be nerve-racking, but the team made the process incredibly smooth. They were responsive, patient with all of my questions, transparent throughout the process, and never made me feel pressured. From the initial conversations through delivery, everything was handled professionally. They provided detailed information about the truck, coordinated shipping, and communicated every step of the way. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in their reputation. What impressed me most, however, was how they handled things after the sale. After taking the truck to a Ford dealership for a follow-up inspection, a few maintenance-related concerns were identified. I reached out to discuss them, not knowing what to expect. Rather than ignoring my concerns or hiding behind an "as-is" sale, they took the time to review everything, have an honest conversation, and work with me toward a fair resolution.   • Recently purchased a 2021 Tundra from QNQ, The guys working outside were friendly and patient. The one older gentleman encouraged an extended test drive and also patient. Once I made the purchase, he even took the truck out and filled the tank up with gas. Elizabeth is in the office was pleasant to deal with and very professional. We negotiated a price that wasn’t far off from the asking price, but I thought it was a fair price to begin with and it was the truck I needed. Within the negotiation, we agreed that two extra keys would be made and a new battery would be put in the truck. When I showed up the next day to pay, everything was as promised. After Elizabeth completed the paperwork, she informed me that she made a math miscalculation and actually refunded me $400. I’m sure she could’ve let that go, but it just shows her integrity and I was very impressed. The whole process was pleasant and stress free. This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a car from a used car lot. To be honest, I’ve always had a fear about buying a used car from a small used car dealership. This one looks like the classic one you see in the movies. But I have to say QNQ proved me wrong. Highly recommended!!!
