It’s was an awful experience and at the last minute, he backed out on taking my car as a trade-in after I went and got credit checked by three different places to get a loan and once I finally did get approved is when he decided to back out of trading my car in so therefore, I ruined my already low credit and he was a jerk about it acting as if he wasn’t making any money off the deal and we all know how much money car dealers make off their cars. All at the very last minute we had a deal. And there was a low air warning lite on and he went on the test drive he kept pushing the reset button in the glove box the hole time thinking I wouldn’t notice but I did. So he didn’t mind lying about knowing the tire had a huge gash and low on air he just acted as if he had no idea when clearly he did if he was pushing the reset thinking, I wasn’t gonna notice it the whole time on the test drive. I wondered why he was so wanting to go on the test drive because he kept saying oh it’s safer for you for you and safer for me And no car salesman go on test drives with you anymore not any that I’ve been to recently. But completely makes sense why he had to go because he wanted to push that reset the whole time thinking I was a moron and wouldn’t notice. Not to mention, I took the day off work to do all of this to get a car that all day long we had a deal until it came down to the very last second and he backed out because he didn’t want to take my car as a trade-in. I would never go there again and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else go there. I absolutely won’t Go there again. He didn’t even look at my car and I drive it every day. I left my 100% honest review about my experience and lashing back at me and lying about my car isn’t very professional.
My 80 year old mother bought a 2010 Hyundai santa fe. Absolutely loves the car. The problem is they still haven't given us the title 2 weeks later, very discouraged with Miquel and his associates. Just make sure you have everything you need when you leave the place!!! We are still trying to get the title but they now have blocked all our numbers! Buyer beware!!!! P.S. where is my title?????
I bought my first car here at this auto sale and it was such a great deal! Eduardo was very friendly and helpful. He provided exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to buy a long term vehicle!
