As a new dealership we concentrate on building a strong bond and relationship with all our clients. We believe that when we build this trust and bond, there will be a lasting positive effect on our clients and in turn on our business. We are always personal and friendly, never pressuring our clients into a sale. We never want to make our clients feel like we are “making” them buy a car, but rather we want our clients to “want” to buy our cars.   • I've recently purchased a molten pearl (orange) 2016 Lexus GS F (sight unseen) from Boyko Motors in Federal Way, Washington. The process went very smoothly and friendly with Alex, highly recommended him, he was very honest and professionally upfront about the savage-titled car and made the negotiation process transparent. The car was repaired properly and brought back to its original spec, and it also passed the pre purchase inspection without any issue, which actual helped me to proceed without any hesitance. At the end, he was also willing to full fill my request by adding brand new second key FOB, user manual and First Aid kit to the car which were the missing items. Additionally, David is not only an additional great professional team member to work with but also this dealer went ahead to reimburse me for the late registration penalty fee that I had to pay at the time of transferring the title in Texas. Kudo to them!

  • I recently purchased a 2020 WRX STI from Bryan at the Federal Way location. Don't let the layout of the dealership scare you off. These guys have some cool inventory. They were very up front about the car's rebuilt title, and had no issues with my obsessive and esoteric inspection, crawling under the car, checking fluids, etc. Bryan waited to cold start the car until I was there for our appointment. The process was quick and low pressure as far as car sales go, imo. I would go back.

  • Traded in my RAM here in August 2024 and purchased a BMW. The dealer agreed to pay off my existing loan but failed to do so. The vehicle was later sold to a third party while the loan remained in my name. I had to take legal action to protect myself. Extremely disappointing experience. Be very careful.
