  • There was a very specific car my mother wanted to look at and they had one on their lot, we walked in were greeted and were immediately presented with keys to the car to look it over and test drive. We were gone for 15-20 minutes and decided it wasn’t an immediate “yes” to the car so when we got back we let them know this and there was no pressure at all, in fact he let us know of other vehicles in the class they had and listened when we let him know why we were looking at that particular car only. Very rare to get both great customer service and no high pressure sales tactics at a car dealership.
