  Rafael made this entire experience exceptional. I originally came in just to look at a different car, but he took the time to really understand what I was looking for and showed me an amazing option that instantly brought me back to my early 30s. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We wrapped everything up quickly and I was on the road in record time. I truly appreciate his help and professionalism, and I hope he keeps me in mind when more of those one-off special cars come in!

  I recently bought an Audi here and flew in from California after a great initial experience. They were responsive and answered all my questions, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. That is where the good ends. The car was supposedly fully detailed, but I found makeup stains all over the sun visor and grime in the cup holders, the trim near the heads up display, and door frame. The front right speaker was blown, the rear cup holders were broken, and there was a noticeable gash on the back seat that had been repaired but still noticeable. None of this was disclosed or noted in the inspection, which makes me seriously question its quality. When I brought it up, they said they would make it right, then went completely silent after a few days. These are not huge issues on their own, but they raise real concerns about the integrity of their team and quality of their inspections.
