My wife and i came in looking for a new car. Rafael Mendez helped us out to get a new car. his expertise and knowledge in cars really helped us pick out our brand new E350. thanks to him and this dealership our experience was amazing. super kind and supportive staff, my wife and i highly recommend this.
Rafael made this entire experience exceptional. I originally came in just to look at a different car, but he took the time to really understand what I was looking for and showed me an amazing option that instantly brought me back to my early 30s. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We wrapped everything up quickly and I was on the road in record time. I truly appreciate his help and professionalism, and I hope he keeps me in mind when more of those one-off special cars come in!
I am writing to formally complain about the lack of support I have received regarding documentation required for my vehicle purchase from your dealership. On 08/05/2025, I purchased a used 2019 Tesla Model 3 advertised/sold as a one-owner vehicle. At the time of purchase, I was told the vehicle was eligible for the Used Clean Vehicle Credit (Clean Vehicle credit) of up to $4,000, and your staff assured me that everything needed on the dealership side would be handled. However, your dealership failed to properly complete and provide the required IRS “seller report” documentation (commonly referred to as IRS Form 15400 / seller report for the used clean vehicle credit). Because this was not completed and provided to me as required, I am now at risk of losing the tax credit. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have repeatedly called and visited the dealership in person to resolve this. Instead of receiving help, I am continually transferred between employees, referred to different people, and told someone will call me back—yet I receive no call and no resolution. Calls frequently go to voicemail with no follow-up. This has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. What I need from your dealership is simple and urgent: 1. Complete the required IRS seller report for my purchase (used clean vehicle credit documentation), and 2. Provide me a copy immediately, and confirm the dealership has submitted the report as required. Please contact me within 3 business days of receiving this email with confirmation that the seller report documentation has been completed and provide the completed copy to me by email. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will have to escalate this matter (including written complaints to dealership management/ownership, the state consumer protection office/DMV dealer licensing authority if applicable, and any relevant tax credit reporting channels), as I have made repeated good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with your staff. I would prefer to settle this quickly and professionally. Please respond in writing so we have a clear record.
