  • Thank you to Luis who was able to help us out with financing a car. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and helped us get a good rate for the vehicle. Would highly recommend and would most definitely come back.

  • Was inquiring about a Space Grey G80 M3 Comp that these guys have up for sale which holds a salvaged title. We were hoping to purchase the car for my brother in law for a birthday present for his 18th. Had them send me pictures of the car when they bought it from auction (car had been in a minor collision where previous owner likely drove up a curb). Having tremendous auto experience, both with BMWs as well as body work, I noticed that the passenger quarter panel had been hit in the accident and repaired as shown in the pictures in the listing. Wondering how it had been repaired, we decided to give these guys a call before we drove 6 hours up to Sacramento to be disappointed with a car that had mediocre body work performed. Let me tell you I’m very glad we did. Luis picked up the phone, and upon questioning how the work was performed (“Was the repair spot welded and pulled?” “How much filler was used in the process?”) we were told that the car didn’t have any body damage & it had been outsourced for repair (no biggie). We asked if they had receipts for the body work or if there was a number for the body shop that performed the repair so we could verify the professionalism in the work before deciding on our purchase (after all we’re talking about a $60,000 G80 M3 Comp not a base model Civic or Corolla lol). Luis said that he could not give out that information which immediately was a huge red flag and turned my family away from even going to inspect it. I’m in no way trying to slander these guys but the automotive industry can be hit or miss especially when it comes to body work and collision repair. To maintain transparency it’s important to know how the work was performed and not half assed with loads of body filler as so many proclaimed “body technicians” tend to do. I suggest if you do plan on purchasing a vehicle here to ask questions before you find yourself unhappy with a major purchase. And to the team at Approved Autos, these type of questions matter to customers in the industry. I hope that the takeaway is to be completely transparent and have information like this ready when selling a salvaged car. I assure you it matters to experienced car buyers.

  • WARNING: Long story ahead….. Bought my childhood dream car from these guys on October 5th. Yes a Chrysler 300c 5.7L V8 HEMI was my idle luxury/muscle car as a kid! Anyways came here. Luis was awesome. Let me and my wife test drive it around for a while and it drove smooth. The throttle response was crazy on it. No problems. We make the buy and back to the Bay Area we go. Then the horror story happens. Was driving smooth and perfect then the car just stalled out at highway speeds around (around suisun/fairfield area). Luckily I was able to get to the shoulder safely. The car would not start. Called Luis and Luis had the owner or boss call me. First thing they asked was if we were good and they got a tow brought it back to their lot (we drove home via my wife’s car) they brought it to mechanic and had it worked on. Gave it back about 2 weeks later. Went for the drive then it happened again in Davis. Again they got a tow (we drove home) and they had it diagnosed (at the Chrysler dealership) then worked on via their mechanic. About two weeks pass again then they call me to pick up (end of October right before Halloween). This time. Made it home. Engine ran strong/smooth and all was good. No hiccups. I would like to say these guys (the business owners/bosses especially fahim. He’s a cool guy relaxed and friendly). They went above and beyond despite the fact I did not get the extended warranty. They took care of the towing and diagnoses and mechanic work. This could have easily been a 1 star review but I stayed patient and I trusted them. Thank you guys for all you did man I really appreciate it and damn does this car run strong. What they found was the fuel pump system was wonky and so was a module or sensor (something along those lines) was bad causing gauge to not read what gas was at so on dash it said we had gas but in tank it was actually empty. Off subject I did (like I do with all my cars I get) take it to my mechanic after I completed my drive cycles and some CEL’s came on (minor) work but they found a lot of small things needing replacing or fixing and it did cost a pretty penny. It’s a used car many owners do I’m sure along the lines there’s things were ignored and/or not taken care of properly. So not faulting approved auto guys at all. Like I said it’s used and I bought as is. But what they did do for me was amazing so I would def buy from them again no doubt. Hopefully my wife’s Camaro comes in and they have it out for a reasonable price for me lol I will def get it. I added a couple of aesthetics to the car so it suits my style more and bought a lot of upgrades for my engine. Can’t wait to get it back Monday from my mechanic. Once again thank you guys at approved autos are the epitome of customer service THANK YOU!
