  Customer service is terrible. I called and asked a question with the receptionist and I heard her tell another coworker in Spanish about me and not in a good way. The manager was even rude to me when I complained about the receptionist. Poor customer service. I only gave one star because that was the lowest option... however I rate them as negative 💯. They lost a potential customer because of the customer service and I assume GTO Auto sales is fine with that since they hire these rude employees.

  After the car was stolen. You tracked it. So you knew it was stolen. I had to pay for the impound fees. I was late 6 days. And you knew everything that I went threw. You didn't help with the impound fees. I paid for everything. A day later you came to get the car. REPOED IT during the freeze storm. Ive have been calling you to make the one payment because thats all I owed and you haven't even bothered returning my call. Smh. Ive texted and called everyday . I need my car to go to work. And if I can't get IT BACN THEN IVE KINDLY ASKED FOR YOU TO AT LEAST LET ME KNOW. BUT NOTHING NO RESPONSE.

  Don't buy nothing from this dealership unless you want to waste your money. matter fact, if your thinking of going here, save yourself a trip and just throw your money on a lit bar-b-q pit. Owner is rude and always drinking.
