  I want to share my experience so other buyers can be careful when dealing with this dealership. I purchased a Subaru WRX from this lot with around 31,000 miles. After almost 3 years the car only has about 48,000 miles, not because I barely drive it, but because the car has spent a huge amount of time in repair shops since the day I bought it. The vehicle has had multiple mechanical problems and has been unreliable almost the entire time I’ve owned it. What made the situation worse is that I later found out the engine that was installed in the car was not even the correct WRX engine. It had an engine from a Subaru Outback even though the contract clearly stated it was a WRX. This is extremely disappointing because that information was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. As a customer you trust that what is written in the contract matches the vehicle you are buying. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from this dealership inspect the vehicle very carefully and verify everything independently before signing anything. Unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating and expensive. Just sharing this so others can be more cautious.

  10/10 would recommend! I had seen EPTX pop up on my Facebook feed so I knew when I was ready to purchase a car this would be the place I’d go to first. Sure enough I was right! Jeremy helped me look at cars that fit my families needs and Alex and Carlos helped me qualify for the car that we liked. The application was smooth and fast, they were very upfront about everything showed us everything as it is and explained everything to us. They made sure to find us a car we loved and were comfortable in. Issues did arise like with any vehicle purchase but they made sure to help 100% and communicated with me through the entire thing, they went above and beyond for me and my family. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!
