  • scheduled a 1 PM appointment to see a specific vehicle and confirmed availability by phone the day before. I drove from Gilbert to Scottsdale, only to be told when I arrived that the Bronco had actually been sold two days earlier. What makes this especially frustrating is that the dealership already had my credit union loan information and the VIN for my trade-in, so this was clearly not a casual inquiry. Despite that, no one verified the vehicle was still on the lot before confirming the appointment. Staff blamed an “AI system” for the miscommunication, but ultimately this reflects poor inventory management and internal communication. A simple verification call could have prevented a wasted trip. Disappointing experience.

  • Thank you house of cars for damaging the vehicle that was dropped off to you for consignment. Vehicle was dropped off on Friday, inspected on Monday and was told it can’t be sold due to rear tires being too worn. Fine. (Strange how you guys sold me the same car with wires showing though). Went ahead and picked up the car, and noticed a gap on the driver side seat that houses all the buttons for the seat. Then Anthony takes a look and sure enough he pops it off. Go to the other side to make sure that the driver side is indeed broken and that they’re not just lose and sure enough the driver side is broken. I then ask to speak to the manager and he explained that there’s no possible way they could’ve done it, and that I must’ve turned it in that way and your typical excuses a garbage dealership gives. But oh! “I won’t charge you for the detail”. For the car that was turned into you guys after it had been detailed two days prior. K. If you’re EVER contacted by this dealership to consign your car, run as fast and as far away as possible. Sell your car privately or find another consignment dealership.
