  My experience was just horrible! They seem they don’t want to sale vehicles, they took 4 days getting alots of information so at the end they just said I don’t qualified for a vehicle that’s only 16,700 my income is 3,500 this is ridiculous!!! To much excuses that my credit is bad , that they want more down payment, that my income is low your a small dealership!! I was qualified at Hayward Honda and not autodeals 😂 come on really ? When someone really wants to sale they should not give you so much excuses simply say no you don’t qualified sorry try later simple as that. Pero por algo pasan las cosas god didn’t want me to buy here so things turn out that bad that I longer wanted business with them!!! If you look at other comments below mine you will see that’s how they are , they want more more money excuses and excuses when I test drive the Chevrolet traverse 2021 the car was shaking and dashboard showing tire sign !!

  Autodeal made a promise to me. They run my credit and told me if I come back with $1500 -$2000 down payment they will let me drive away in a car. The manager got a piece of paper wrote down the down payment quote and signed it as a agreement, I said thank you see you soon. So, now I got the agreement amount for the down payment, so I reached out to them to let them know I'm ready to get a car. But all of a sudden they wanted to run my credit again, and now they are changing up the down payment amount we did not agree on. The first visit they told me to come back with $1000, so I came back with $1000. Then they told me to come back with $1,500, so I did. Now they are yet again changing the down payment to a even higher amount. Autodeal mislead you into thinking they really want to help you get into a car. Also, they had me talk to a different person Everytime I called. At this point I'm at a lost for words, with how shameful Autodeals are. Zahara Hill

  Bought a ford transit there and was a hassle from the beginning. As i thought Tommy was being upfront about the recall, after picking it up 3,000 miles later the whole van shakes like crazy come to find out after bringing it in to the ford dealer the recall was never fixed. He had lied about the van being fixed just to make a quick sell. Not to mention him and the guys couldn’t even back it out of their lot without scraping the top of my van with their building. I witnessed this and should of said something but they were all being so vulgar after it happened i didn’t want to get involved. Not a good experience with these guys
