  Carlos was so helpful and nice when I needed help looking for a bedroom set. I walked in unsure and he not only helped me find a good bedroom set but it was below my price range. I got a whole bedroom set for about $600. Go to Carlos!

  Absolutely horrible customer service and product quality. My sectional arrived uneven because the holes were drilled incorrectly, so the metal pieces don’t even line up. The couch literally will not stay together. Instead of replacing it or fixing the actual issue, their solution was to start drilling screws into it, which still didn’t fix the problem.What made it worse was the customer service. I spoke with the same representative for three days straight who kept telling me a manager would call me back. That never happened. When I called again, she was rude, dismissive, and told me she had people in front of me and was about to hang up—then hung up in my face. Spending money on furniture just to receive poor quality and even worse customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I don’t know if I’m more pissed about the furniture or the customer service.
