If I could give negative 0 stars, I would. I walked into this dealership hoping to purchase a car and immediately fell in love with one that was advertised for $20,000. After waiting over 45 minutes for the staff to locate the keys, I ended up leaving because neither the employees nor the owner could find them. About 40 minutes after I got home, I received a call saying they had finally found the keys, so I drove all the way back to the dealership. I test-drove the car, loved it, and allowed them to run my credit, only to find out that the price I had originally been given by the sales representative was incorrect. The vehicle price suddenly increased by an additional $3,000 before taxes and fees. A car that was supposed to cost around $25,000 ended up being quoted at nearly $30,000. Throughout the process, I was given three different prices, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the sales representative seemed very unknowledgeable and was unable to answer basic questions about the vehicle. During the test drive, they even placed a gas can inside the car, which I found concerning and unprofessional. Overall, this was a disappointing experience that wasted my time and left me feeling misled. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest car-buying experience.
This place is so incredible. I walk in only to browse with no intention of buying a car. After encountering such an amazing team, more specifically Antoine I knew this was the best place to be in business with. The approval process was easy and straight forward. No matter your situation I believe they can help you here if your goal is to drive off in a new car. Also, Sonia is so amazing at communicating during every step of the process. After coming in for a sedan Antoine mentioned I should probably do an SUV having three dogs and boy did I get a good deal!!
