No Chat GPT here, just 100% human experience! Upon entering car lots I tend to have my guard up. After meeting Charlie, we realized he was personable, knowledgeable and most importantly understanding of my specific needs. I truly appreciated his patience and ZERO pressure! I met John, his associate who loves cars and assisted on getting the SUV checked out. He's a deep thinker and I enjoyed his conversation as I awaited the news. OMG ALL GOOD!! Soon this gem of a find SUV was mine. It looked so new inside and out though it was a 2009 Lexus. On another important note, I want to mention I saw the owner Mark showing off the SUV on UTUBE. His energy and genuine excitement were REAL. I looked closer at his website and smiled 😃 BIG! His bio said he had a passion for cars from a young age. Mark was captivated by the automotive intricacies and engineering. I thought how fabulous he followed his calling for 20yrs, may we all be so lucky to follow our dreams.
