These gentlemen are a fraud, they never speak the truth. I bought a car from them and I knew it had an accident, but minimal, supposedly it did not damage the title and to my surprise when I went to my bank to refinance they told me that it was a reconstructed title, that it had a total loss, he went to return the vehicle and they kept $500 of my down payment. I ask that you never buy a car with them.
BEST dealership around!! I came to this dealership after I totaled my car and the owners made it such an incredibly easy and smooth process when it came to finding a new car. They were honest, kind, and truly cared to help find a car best suited for me and one that I loved. I could not recommend it more!!
Ladies, do not buy from here. We haven’t had the car 30 days and its broken down twice. At the mechanic, the guy welded a fuse in and told my niece and I 1) your mechanic husband doesnt know anything. 2) that blow fuse is normal 3) that ac leak is just condensation. They ordered a radio, but lost it, then volunteered my husband to put it in for $100 credit and he can file a claim for warranty. First off, we bought extended warranty so why are we fixing and buying parts? He said “women dont know what they are talking about”! Please hear me when I advise you to meet this “mechanic” before you buy a car here. Fortunately when he talked to the man of the house, he changed his whole personality like its 1960 again, so just be advised if you are a woman or not an ASE certified master mechanic. EDITED: YES - you are right , it was JEANETTA STREET. And Anna of that dealership just told me she was there when MIKE said all of that & he meant "women dont know what they are talking about" in a good way. So I appreciate your candid response. I hope you get plenty of customers - you deserve it.
