  • Honest opinion I bought a truck from here three years ago so some of this is on me for not checking but that being said I would never buy from them again. Nice people I went to look at a truck liked it except for a couple of things the first being it was parked under a pine tree and was covered in sap the second being that the jack and jack kit were missing. There have been more issues I discovered later. I requested that they get rid of the sap and provide a jack and jack kit both of which they agreed to and I came back a couple days later to pick it up. When I got there they were using medium rubbing compound on my paint to attempt to remove the sap, for those that don’t know this isn’t the proper way. So I told them to stop and I would get it taken care of before they ruin my paint. The jack and jack kit were simpler they said they would get them but I had to hound them for them for a month at least but I did get them. As for the later issues on the first oil change which I did almost immediately being a used vehicle. The oil read out said 100% oil life when purchased. When I pulled the drain plug on the oil I would have sworn is was a diesel. Absolutely jet black smelled burnt. This tells me they had reset the oil life read out to make it appear to have been recently changed. The next was the catalytic converters. The day I bought it and drove it home the check engine light came on. Pulled out my scanner and found stored codes that had been cleared covering up a failed cat. For those that don’t know code clearing only lasts about 70 miles if you’re lucky for something like this. Which again tells me they cleared it but didn’t solve the problem. The next issue was the transmission which admittedly I believe to be more the fault of the previous owners than theirs how ever the damage was not disclosed but I’m not sure they knew about it still let it be just know it didn’t last me long. And the final thing after purchase which I found today three years later which admittedly again is a bit of poor maintenance schedule on my fault was the cabin air filter. I was told it has a K&N air filter which is nice because it doesn’t have to be bought again. It even had the stop do not replace K&N sticker in the glove box. When I opened it today I found probably the cheapest filter money can buy in there. Which leads me to believe based on previous experience with the vehicle and being verbally told that it had that filter in there that they put the sticker in there to appear as though it had parts on it that it didn’t. In short nice people to your face that are trying to sell something for what it’s not by cutting corners. Proceed with caution and don’t make my mistake by looking through their lot with rose colored glasses. Dig a little deeper bring a scanner with you and a friend to keep you in check.

  • Prize Auto (Gabby) made buying my second car a breeze! From start to finish of the process they were overly accommodating, great conversation, entertained my 4 and 6 year old, walked me through the process, and ensured I had everything I needed. Prize Auto isn’t like most dealerships (pushy, sneaky or over demanding) but instead friendly, realistic, reliable, and affordable. I was able to buy a 2016 Audi Q3 with financing, no outrageous fees, and heightened price. There was no hassle and they are suggestive of warranties but again not pushy. I am enjoying my new ride and they are always available for additional questions. I would absolutely do business with them again!!!! Thank you Prize Auto!!!!

  • Juan was a pleasure to deal with, the auto sales experience was easy and smooth. The vehicle is clean 1 owner, they are even going above and beyond to fix a visual blemish for me. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and their services.
