  I had a great experience at this dealership. Jeff was my sales agent and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire process. I came to look at a car I had interest in one day, and I came in two days later because I loved the car and I loved the service I received. Jeff and his supervisors were helpful in this process in making me feel confident in my purchase and were also negotiable with the price. I could not recommend this dealership any more to someone looking for a good car with an easy process.

  I wish I would had looked at the reviews before signing the deal with the devil. I bought a 2021 Audi from them at the end of March. Then the red flags started popping up. Now the salesman, Stace, did show me the CarFax. He claimed they did the work on the car and it was a clean bill of health. Upon deciding to purchase it I noticed a leak, I was told it’d be fixed. Fast forward not even a week and I still see it leaking. I told Milo the car was still leaking and the leak was on the driver side of the car. They brushed off my concern proceed to tell me it was another coolant leak that popped up. Now in May, after multiple attempts to tell them the car was driving incorrectly. I took it to get an oil change to find out I now have precisely $3K in work orders to fix on the car! Sure enough there was 2 leaks; the engine and the Axle seal. My biggest thing, why lie? Yes, you’re buying “As Is” but not being honest about WHAT “As is” is and stating there’s nothing wrong is a scam. On top, since making the sale they have done nothing but dodge, ignore my concern and communications. They played on the fact that I moved here and didn’t know any mechanics to come closely check the car out. The mechanic at Meineke was so kind to leave the car on the lift just to show me how EASY it was to notice the engine leak. Yet Milo told me their mechanic saw nothing. Buy here if you want, but know they had me drive off the lot in an unsafe car. **Their reply is a complete fabrication in itself. But again, inspect your purchase THROUGHLY before you make it. Take a mechanic. They will 100% ignore your calls if they have to be accountable for selling you a lemon. BE CAREFUL!

Jeff is super nice, courteous, prompt communication, very flexible so I could get a mechanic in for a pre purchase inspection. Clear cost transparency on the purchase and transport. Could not be happier with the purchase process and my new vehicle. Highly recommend
