  • I cannot thank Dave and everyone at 405 Motors enough for helping me get into my new 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. I came in with a recent repossession on my credit and honestly didn't think I had much of a chance of getting approved for a newer vehicle. Dave never made me feel judged or pressured. He treated me with kindness and respect from the very beginning. I originally went in thinking I wanted a different vehicle, but Dave took the time to explain why he felt the Explorer would be a better long-term choice for me. He wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive vehicle he was looking out for me. He even pointed out that an older hybrid I was considering could become very expensive if the hybrid battery ever failed. The financing process wasn't simple because my income comes from SSDI and child support, and we had to gather a lot of documentation. Dave worked hard to help me through the process and kept communicating with me the entire time. He was patient while I tracked down paperwork and answered every question I had...and trust me, I had a LOT of questions! In the end, they found a lender willing to work with me, and I was approved that I honestly never expected after everything I'd been through last year. I drove home in my Explorer today, and my boys are absolutely in love with it (especially the third-row seats!).   • Purchased a 2022 Nissan Sentra SR from them, spoke with David & Tesa. David was great, knew right away which car I was talking about. David got it ready for me to test drive. After the test drive he showed me the carfax, was good, the introduce me to Tesa. Tesa went over the price and financing options, but I already had that set up. As soon as I got the check went back to purchase the car, David was with customers but went to make sure the car was getting cleaned and ready. While Tesa and I did the paperwork. Tesa made it very easy and quick. I would go back or recommend to a friend.
