He was informative, patient, communicative, and most importantly, an excellent value for a top notch product. When my wife and I bought our home at the end of last year, we didn’t know we’d be upgrading almost everything. Things sort of snowballed. Shutters were at the top of my wishlist, however, and so we locked those in first. James was patient with us while other projects dragged on for months. Once it was finally his turn to deliver and install, our house was transformed into a dream home. We chose hidden rod, split view, polyvinyl shutters with 3 1/2” louvers.
