10/10 recommend. James met with us personally, and his team installed beautiful plantation shutters on 29 of our windows. He was informative, patient, communicative, and most importantly, an excellent value for a top notch product. When my wife and I bought our home at the end of last year, we didn’t know we’d be upgrading almost everything. Things sort of snowballed. Shutters were at the top of my wishlist, however, and so we locked those in first. James was patient with us while other projects dragged on for months. Once it was finally his turn to deliver and install, our house was transformed into a dream home. We chose hidden rod, split view, polyvinyl shutters with 3 1/2” louvers. We chose this exact kind because of the look, the durability, and the ease of maintaining / cleaning them. And we absolutely love them. Thanks James!

Found Refreshing Touch Window Cover on Offer Up, was a bit hesitant at first. But James came in made the process so smooth. Very nice man. At first we only got half our windows done. 3 weeks later (today ) our shutters were installed. They were made and installed so perfectly that I reached out to James to come back and quote us on the remaining windows. Look forward to working with them again.

I recently had plantation shutters installed by Refreshing Touch Window Coverings and couldn’t be happier. The installers were professional and courteous, completing the work quickly and cleanly. The lead time was shorter than I expected, and the quality of the shutters is excellent. Their prices are very fair for the selection they offer, and the variety of styles made it easy to find exactly what I wanted. This window blinds store truly delivers reliable service and great value. Highly recommend.
