  Found Refreshing Touch Window Cover on Offer Up, was a bit hesitant at first. But James came in made the process so smooth. Very nice man. At first we only got half our windows done. 3 weeks later (today ) our shutters were installed. They were made and installed so perfectly that I reached out to James to come back and quote us on the remaining windows. Look forward to working with them again.

  10/10 recommend. James met with us personally, and his team installed beautiful plantation shutters on 29 of our windows. He was informative, patient, communicative, and most importantly, an excellent value for a top notch product. When my wife and I bought our home at the end of last year, we didn’t know we’d be upgrading almost everything. Things sort of snowballed. Shutters were at the top of my wishlist, however, and so we locked those in first. James was patient with us while other projects dragged on for months. Once it was finally his turn to deliver and install, our house was transformed into a dream home. We chose hidden rod, split view, polyvinyl shutters with 3 1/2” louvers. We chose this exact kind because of the look, the durability, and the ease of maintaining / cleaning them. And we absolutely love them. Thanks James!

  In search of quotes for shutters for my home, I found Refreshing Touch while scrolling on my phone & set up an appointment. Called Refreshing Tools & James my representative was at my home few days later. James was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and very polite. He gave me a walk through confirming measurements & ideas. My rep was very thorough from beginning to end with great follow up skils. I was given a great price & shook on the deal. Three (3) weeks later, the installers show up with a great attitude & ready to work. Workers were fast, neat & extremely efficient.
