  We purchased 2 wine refrigerators about 8 months ago. One works very well… the other not so much. This is the second time it stopped working. I called and they asked me to take a video of it not working! Really?? I took the video and they sent parts, they were installed a week later. It worked great for 6 months. It stopped working last week… same problem… same video… same parts. I sent two emails asking a supervisor to call… crickets! I’m hoping somebody reads this review and calls! So am I going to have to replace parts every 5-6 months? I just want somebody to assure me this isn’t going to happen again. 2x in 8 months? Same issue? There’s something wrong with the refrigerator… how about doing the right thing since it’s under warranty for a few more months… replace it! I spent $1000 on this thing… is it too much to ask for it to work correctly?

  Fantastic service. From the helpful woman at the front office to the friendly guys at the loading dock to the woman in customer service, all 5 stars! Bought an open box oven at a steal deal and while unpacking noticed an issue with the door. And even though it was a no warranty purchase, they sent out a replacement quickly. I definitely recommend Cosmo and their eBay store

  Ordered a lovely range hood from Amazon (COS-5MU30) that really updated my mom's kitchen! It was easy to install. It does a good job at clearing steam/smoke/odors. Sound level on low and medium are good, high is louder but it is high, after all. Each time I've chatted or contacted Cosmo Appliances it's been easy to reach someone and everyone I've interacted with has been so helpful and quick to resolve any issues or answer any questions. I really appreciate that I received an email detailing my conversations and resolutions. Between great customer service and the offering of free gifts as well as the quality of the aplliance is a reason I will order from Cosmo again!
