  We bought a cosmo island range hood. We had it installed by an electrician and it turned out beautifully. It took him about 3 hours to remove the old one and install the new one. It is a big upgrade from what was there. The unit has four lights, one in each corner and a three speed fan. It also comes with a timer for the fan and an LED clock. I couldn’t be happier with how it looks. Plus the function of removing the steam from cooking was excellent.

  We purchased 2 wine refrigerators about 8 months ago. One works very well… the other not so much. This is the second time it stopped working. I called and they asked me to take a video of it not working! Really?? I took the video and they sent parts, they were installed a week later. It worked great for 6 months. It stopped working last week… same problem… same video… same parts. I sent two emails asking a supervisor to call… crickets! I’m hoping somebody reads this review and calls! So am I going to have to replace parts every 5-6 months? I just want somebody to assure me this isn’t going to happen again. 2x in 8 months? Same issue? There’s something wrong with the refrigerator… how about doing the right thing since it’s under warranty for a few more months… replace it! I spent $1000 on this thing… is it too much to ask for it to work correctly?

  Fantastic service. From the helpful woman at the front office to the friendly guys at the loading dock to the woman in customer service, all 5 stars! Bought an open box oven at a steal deal and while unpacking noticed an issue with the door. And even though it was a no warranty purchase, they sent out a replacement quickly. I definitely recommend Cosmo and their eBay store
