Charlie was amazing and helped us get the car we wanted for our daughter. This was such a great experience not like at the big dealerships, he really went the extra mile! Thank you Charlie for all your help, my daughter absolutely loves her new car!!!!
I visited this dealership today to look at and test drive a car. I want to start by saying Addy was very kind and I have no complaints about her. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by another employee, a tall man who I believe may be named ‘Charlie’ (due to another review with a customer reviewing similar behavior) though he NEVER introduced himself so I’m not to sure, but very tall man. While we were waiting for Addy, he approached us asking how we felt about the car and we explained we like it, had some questions, do not have great credit and wanted to see what we could do, as addy explained shed see what we could make happen, he began lecturing us, saying that without a pre-approval we were wasting everyone’s time. What I find ironic is that isn’t that literally the job? Assisting customers through the process, whether they have good credit, bad credit, or need help with approvals and numbers. That’s what this entire industry—and presumably his career—is built on. The way he spoke to us was extremely condescending, as if we were little kids being scolded rather than potential buyers. This also wasn’t our first dealership visit. We have been to multiple dealerships and have never once had an issue getting out-the-door numbers or estimated payments without a pre-approval, and we surely have always been able to see an estimate about where we would be payment wise due to my credit, The lecture was unnecessary and unprofessional. There’s a difference between being straightforward and being outright rude, and he crossed that line. I’m not confrontational so though I could have corrected him about this being the FIRST dealership to seem to “belittle” me, I just let him repeat his rant about wasted time over and over. Ironically, his behavior completely changed my mind about buying here. I was interested in purchasing, but I would hate to give a sale to someone who was unbelievably disrespectful. After leaving, we went to another dealership to see a different car and had a completely different experience, we were given out the door pricing, estimated payments, and treated with excellent customer service. Funny how we apparently didn’t “waste their time.” Overall, thank you to Addy for being high spirited but this other interaction left such a bad impression that I won’t be returning. Customer service matters, especially when people are making major financial decisions. Comical that he felt his time was wasted and felt the need to voice it over and over but I got numerous emails and calls to get me in the door just to be confronted with his horrible demeanor, YOU wasted my time. I also have never, in all the dealerships I’ve been to, met a car salesman’s wearing flip flops, I guess that should have been a red flag about professionalism from the start. He should be as rude as he is via text email and phone, as he is in person so nobody has to waste their time in coming to this small shop.
i don't leave reviews. i've also always EXCLUSIVELY bought private party. as a "salesperson" myself, i find them sketchy. Charlie is not that. best service i've received, and i'd vouch to friends and family without a doubt in my mind. they only get clean inventory, and Charlie is an amazing guy to deal with!
