Daniel provided awesome customer service and was very professional and helpful. A special thank you to the manager as well. He was kind, caring, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to leave with a car. When they say "second chance," they really mean it. I love my car so much! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dealership that doesn't just want your money, but genuinely cares about helping customers and enjoys what they do. They truly helped me during a difficult time, and I am very grateful for their support.

  I had a terrific experience with Daniel at Cotera Motors. He was very kind and patient while I made my decision. He let me take the car out for a pre-purchasing inspection too. He was very clear about the purchasing process and made closing the deal easy. He took my previous car at a fair trade-in value and even noticed a brake light out on my new car that got fixed by them out the door. I would definitely recommend coming here to purchase a used car!

  Definitely a SHADY experience with this dealership. After buying a car, the check engine light appeared within hours, and the dealership had me bring it back while someone drove it around and suggested I wait while they took the car to a shop. (WHAT SHOP? THERE WAS NO SHOP!)They brought it back quickly, and the light was off—(IM NOT STUPID) Common concerns that it was just a reset. The light came back a day later, and my attempts to reach them went unanswered. They were real fishy aboutwhat to say to the bank and what not to say. I’m pursuing further steps to resolve this.
