  • My experience with Cotera Motors has been absolutely horrible. I purchased a 2016 Volkswagen from them, and it turned out to be nothing but trouble. They completely lied about the car’s condition—warning and functioning lights appeared on the screen immediately, proving they knowingly hid problems from me. They also promised an extra tire, yet never provided it. When I went back on Friday, just two days after purchasing the car, their attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely dismissive. It’s clear they are not selling genuine or reliable vehicles, and they have no honesty or integrity when dealing with customers. I truly feel betrayed and strongly advise everyone to stay away from Cotera Motors. They are ridiculous, misleading, and not to be trusted. Bad experience.... fake promises with the customers....

  • My experience with Cotera Motors has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. After purchasing a 2016 Volkswagen from them, I immediately began encountering issues that made me feel as though the vehicle had not been represented accurately. Warning lights and other indicators appeared almost right away, which made me feel misled about its true condition. On top of that, I was promised an additional tire as part of the purchase, yet it was never provided. When I returned just two days later to address these concerns, the way I was treated made the situation even worse. The staff’s attitude came across as unprofessional and dismissive, and instead of helping resolve the situation, they made me feel as though my concerns didn’t matter. Overall, this entire experience has left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and betrayed. Based on how I was treated and the issues I faced so soon after buying the car, I personally would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. In my view, Cotera Motors did not show the level of honesty, transparency, or customer care that buyers should be able to expect from any dealership.
