Had the best experience and even though my credit is poor, they worked with me and left with a car. Car is in excellent condition, not what I REALLY wanted but they helped me out!! SPECIAL THANKS TO ALAN SABRA! Ask for him he REALLY tries to work with you
Alan was very helpful and an all around great guy! He showed me all his available cars that were in my budget and worked with me on my available finance options. I ended up buying a used 2012 Honda Accord. Would highly recommend him and his team!
one star is too much for this place. I only have time to list one of many with this unscrupulous dealer. took advantage of my elderly parent and made him think the warranty was included yet I looked on the paperwork and they charged an extra $2K and upon looking closer - overcharged DMV fees etc by $500. We came back two weeks later and Joe Halloway gave us back a check for DMV fees, in retrospect was too easy. Now I know why, he promised my elderly parent he was going to replace the faulty catalytic converter but provided no paperwork. And upon checking on CarFax, it does not say anything about replacement but that the catalytic converter was "checked". Nevermind the car was there for 5 days, my Dad still trusted him until he started ghosting my Dad by no showing their appointment not taking his calls and when he would stop by the DC location, the front desk person would make up an excuse. This is elder abuse, watch out. The elderly cannot fight back but this isn't right.
