She made everything feel comfortable instead of stressful and answered all my questions without pressure. I also want to give a special thank you to Orlando in finance he truly went above and beyond to help me get the best interest rate and down payment possible. He took the time to explain everything clearly and worked hard to make the numbers work for me. I honestly recommend Paisanos Auto Sales and definitely suggest asking for Yesenia and Orlando if you want people who genuinely care about helping you, not just making a sale!

  We came in with a decent down payment and had they type of vehicle in mind we wanted, we were instantly greeted by Ms. Yesenia, a sales rep, she showed us everything that we wanted to see. We did come in knowing what our situation was and gave us the numbers and kept it straight with us. Eventually after browsing a few other vehicles we found something we liked and we went through with it. They kept us updated with the step by step, it was an overall smooth process. They were very professional and friendly throughout the whole process.

  I bought a 2017 Camaro 2SS from this dealership and honestly, I regret it. I went in excited to get my dream car, and instead I walked into a situation that felt completely misleading. I was told the car was $49,000 and that my $5,000 down payment would go toward that price. That’s not what happened. They never clearly explained the financing, and I later found out I was locked into a 15% interest rate. That was never properly broken down or made clear before I signed. Now I’m stuck paying way more than I ever agreed to almost double by the time it’s all said and done. That’s not a small misunderstanding, that’s something that should have been explained upfront. I take responsibility for signing, but the way this deal was handled felt shady and dishonest. If you’re thinking about buying from here, be very careful. Read EVERYTHING, ask questions, and don’t trust verbal promises because what they tell you and what you end up signing might be two completely different things. I love my car, but this experience left a bad taste. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
