  We found MJK via their ad on Marketplace, and stopped by when we were unable to find a dealer who could order and receive our new truck cap before we left on vacation. Ken, our salesman, was helpful, positive and accommodating, as were the rest of the crew that we met. Not only did we receive our cap exactly as we ordered it, but they went to the trouble of picking it up driving it to the shop when the manufacturer’s delivery truck broke down several hours away. They had it back to their shop and installed the same day and it was exactly what we had hoped for! Ken and his team delivered on time and went above and beyond to get us on our way!   I had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. Derrick, the owner, allows salespeople Ken and Andrew to mislead customers. I purchased a truck cap for my GMC Denali and was never informed that the model they were selling was actually for a Chevy Silverado. After installation, I discovered it does not fit my truck at all. I confirmed with the manufacturer (A.R.E.) that these models are not interchangeable, and according to the serial number, the cap is specifically for a Chevy Silverado. I would never spend $3,500 on an add-on that doesn’t fit my vehicle. When I requested a refund or return, the dealer refused unless I paid a $400 restocking fee. I cannot recommend this dealer. If they are willing to misrepresent something as basic as a truck cap, imagine what else they might misrepresent about a vehicle.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership and Ken. I bought my truck, which included a trade, from over 4.5 hours away and worked the entire deal out over the phone without ever seeing the truck in person. Ken was very accommodating—sending pictures and videos, arranging delivery of my new truck, pickup of my trade, and even installing different wheels on the new truck to ensure I walked away happy. From start to finish, everything was exactly as promised—no games, no last-minute surprises, and no pressure. The deal went off without a hitch and reminded me of what it must have been like doing business in the good ole days, when a handshake and a man’s word were gold. In today’s world, that kind of trust is rare. It reminded me how buying a truck should be. If you’re looking for a dealership that operates with integrity and treats you right, this is the place!
