  • The car in the online ad was not the car I saw on the lot. Got a 1-way rental, drove 4 hours with the wife to buy this car for my daughter, after due diligence on the Carfax and running the VIN thru Mercedes Benz with my mechanic which all checked out. Car on the lot was not the car in the AD. The VIN matched, but the pictures didn’t. The car on the lot had 99k miles versus the advertised 90k on the website and on Car Gurus. It had different wheels and exterior package, no sunroof. Interior was nothing like the ad, with the backup screen beat up and not working, and all the paint coming off the buttons all over the place, steering wheel in bad shape. Ali, the owner, said it was an honest mistake and all cosmetic. He tried to work on the price for me, but trust was broken at that point. I wasn't mad as much disappointed in him, after we went through all that effort.
