  Auto Depot is where you want to be if you do not want pressuring sales men, have not so lovely credit, or just simply have many questions that you’d like honest answers to. While I did not deal with every individual in office, I did want to give honorable mentions to Frank, Jorge, and Manny. My partner and I were at Fresno Auto Depot from noon until well pass closing, no fault to the dealership, we just wanted to ensure that all our expectations were met. Frank was our sales person and I must admit that we are not the easiest customers. Frank had no problem with answering our hundreds of questions and even driving us to different locations when I was set on seeing all the cars I had inquired about. Frank took my words into consideration and found me a reliable car that fit my budget, and my needs. Real talk, real conversations, and no BS, although he always kept the setting very upbeat. He never once tried to pressure us into buying a vehicle, even after I had let him know I had appointments with other dealerships later in the week, he instead offered me salesmanship that I’ve never experienced at the numerous dealerships I’ve been to in the past. After making our decision Jorge and Manny got to work crunching numbers and finding something that I was comfortable with. All three men (Frank, Manny, and Jorge) stayed well beyond closing to get this deal finalized with us and get us on the road with our new vehicle. First thing we did was take a road trip the very next day, I wanted to make sure no issues would pop up after a few hundred miles and I can say I am very pleased with my experience all around. I will edit this review if ever needed, but as of now, I am a very satisfied customer, and hope to be a returning client in the near future.   Hi , this is an accurate and real review. Manny and Steve are so great! They helped me get into a nice vehicle. It was a hard fight with my credit history but they got the job done! Please come give these guys your time and effort because they will give 110% in return!

  I had an amazing experience financing my car here, and a huge part of that was thanks to Joe (he's the finance guy!) I wasn't very hopeful that I would walk away with car, but with faith and a lot of help from Joe, I got a car I couldn't ever dream of owning and with a better finance plan to go with it!! From start to finish, he made the whole process feel personable, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and genuinely made me feel like I mattered—not just another transaction. The whole situation was overwhelming and stressful for me, but Joe’s calm and reassuring approach made all the difference. I’m so grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend asking for him if you’re coming here! All the guys at Auto Depot were very friendly and genuinely happy for me to drive away with my own vehicle. Thanks to Steve and Manny as well!
