  • I bought a Porsche Cayenne e-hybrid for my wife a few weeks ago and Autobakers was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Eugene was super easy to deal with and once we agreed to buy the car he did 99% of the paperwork before we even got there. We weren't there for even 30 minutes. He did not hassle with me over the warranty, I simply said I wasn't interested and we moved on. Most places do not do that. They will fight with you for 30 to 60 minutes over that. The next time I'm looking to buy a car I will start with Autobakers!

  • Flew out from Denver for a solid deal on an Audi S7, initially contacted Frank and later worked with Eugene in person - both were knowledgable and made the process easy. By far the easiest low-hassle environment for purchasing a vehicle, advertised price was the exact price I paid, no fees or extras. Upon arriving the car was exactly as described no hidden damage or anything out of place. I immediately drove over 1000 miles back to Denver straight through vehicle was perfect the entire time, no mechanical issues, alignment dead straight, no drivetrain vibrations or noises. Could not have asked for a better process, will be returning for the next one

  • My documented experience with a 2018 Volvo S90 (VIN: LVY992ML2JP008745) I placed a $1,000 deposit and completed purchase paperwork on October 15, 2025. Within fewer than 400 miles of driving, the car had a major mechanical failure requiring towing. I exercised the dealer’s contract cancellation option and returned the vehicle on October 28, 2025 at ~6:10 PM PT (odometer ~123,307). The deal was unwound. After the return, the dealer issued a $500 refund payment (representing part of my deposit) that my bank returned unpaid (NSF/returned). I then initiated chargebacks for related card transactions. As of December 23, 2025, I have not received my full $1,000 deposit. I also requested towing reimbursement of $923 (241 miles one way $723 + $200 hookup) incurred to return the vehicle; the dealership has not agreed to reimburse this. Primary contact: Eugene. I have emails, bank notices, and purchase/return paperwork supporting these points (dates, amounts, VIN, mileage, and return time). I’ve made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this with clear deadlines. If the dealership resolves this by providing good funds for the $1,000 deposit (and addresses towing), I will update this review to reflect the outcome.
