  When we first arrived, we were greeted immediately and asked how we could be helped. Daniel was the salesman who approached us. He was very warm and friendly. He asked what we were interested in and showed us what they had available. He got the keys to 4 SUVs and allowed us to look at all of them thoroughly. After my wife landed on one, we each took the car for a test drive. At no point was Daniel pushy. He allowed us space to talk and think, and answered any questions we had. He was very transparent throughout the entire process. We ended up buying the SUV. The entire staff made us feel welcome and at home. It was an extremely easy buying process, and they worked with us quickly on the trade in and financing. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the entire experience.

  Ok so this place is awesome if you want to sell your car to them. I was approached by Mohammed and Hazem over text for $21k on a car with 91k miles. The interaction with them before walking in was super respectful and they were very patient because I couldn’t sell right away. even though they weren’t there when I walked in, his colleague Danny helped me out with the deal. They do real inspections of the car. And when they come back, they show you pictures of the problem. And they tell you an offer. I asked if they can do more and they did budge a bit more but couldn’t keep the original $21k offer due to two issues I wasn’t aware of (so that’s very respectable) and they didn’t significantly drop their offer NOR did they make it sound like you had a trashy car , just because of the two issues (one with the tire and leaking axel ). The process is quick and easy. 30-45 min inspection. Paperwork took another 30 mins. You sign all the documents to allow them to do the dmv paperwork. They are very friendly and super nice. The facility is super clean and welcoming. They had the TVs set to the World Cup matches.

  First off I want Thank the sales man Gohan and Miguel from Finance @ STG Auto Group, let me tell you I’ve been to different dealerships in my life and it’s always a fast transaction other dealers don’t want to work with you but always wants to offer you a good deal for them but not for the consumer, at STG Auto Group they really make you feel comfortable they will take the time to educate you and explain in detail everything step by step, see what happened was that we left the dealership next door to them which is Motor Direct Montclair an talk to Gerardo they are the worst dealership ever, the vibe was off and they just wanted a ton of down payment and not friendly but was rushing the transaction, we ended up leaving without buying a car about to head home when my son said let’s go to STG Auto so we decided to go next door to STG Auto Group, best decision ever, from the get go the Sales person Gohan was friendly and never rushing the process he took the time with us and my son to find the vehicle he wanted, Gohan took us in the office when we found the vehicle we wanted not the vehicle they wanted to put us in, imma be honest my credit wasn’t good because the previous dealership next door had run it multiple times and my wife’s was good but new credit nevertheless the sale person brought in Miguel from finance who walked us through the entire process to the finish line. We left happy and extremely satisfied with the amount of service they provided, we felt at home and left trusting them for our next future purchase, we got our Son a 2025 Mustang, My Son was Super Happy. Let me tell you if you are looking for a honest straightforward Car dealership STG Auto Group is the place to go!! We highly recommend them for your auto purchase.
