Definitely did not expect the level of customer service and customer care that I received from silver lining from anywhere. They’d offer me a great price and I took it !!!! And the customer service from “Jerrod” or “Jared” this guy is a top notch employee when’s it comes to customer service and detail. Great conversation and service. Will be back 4SURE
Had an excellent experience in there with Rob today. I’ve never sold anything to a pawn shop before, but he made it super simple and was super friendly. Didn’t get quite as much for my jewelery as I hoped, but that’s life! I still would def recommend them to anyone else!
I deleted my last review because I had one single good experience. But man, these guys really make it hard. I walked in today. There were four of them standing behind the counter talking and not a single one of them said hi. Which is weird seeing as have spent around $1000 there in the last month and a half and would plan to spend Much more overtime as I am a collector. But honestly, I doubt I will be back. It’s a shame because their product is so good and their stuff they have is awesome. But the Customer service experience is an absolute dealbreaker.
