  • Walked in looking for an engagement ring. Spoke to a representative. At the end we saw one we liked and agreed on $4,700 price. Told the guy that we just needed transfer funds to be able to pay that price. Went back two days later and asked for the same representative. A different employee/lady insisted that she could help us. When we showed her the ring we had previously looked at she scaled up the price to $7000. We explained that we had already spoke to Sal and agreed to a price. She then proceeded to let us know that she would be giving it to us for free if we did at the price we had previously already agreed on. She then called the first guy we spoke to and lectured him that he gave wrong information. Honestly don’t know who’s was telling the truth wether we were misquoted or lady trying to upsell us to a higher price. very horrible way of conducting business. Not sticking to the price and then making comments that spending almost 5k on an engagement ring is practically free. Not very professional. Ended buying the engagement ring elsewhere. Where spending 5k isn’t considered free
