When I walked in I was greeted by Spencer who was the most caring and respectful person, he genuinely cares about you and realizes that these items we bring in sometimes are very personal and important pieces, and the decision to have to pawn them can be so hard. He really made me feel better and I actually laughed which is something I haven't done in a while. The staff there are the best and they really work with you and explain the entire process which I appreciate. You can't go wrong with trusting your precious items in their hands. Thank you for making me feel like I mattered.
Definitely did not expect the level of customer service and customer care that I received from silver lining from anywhere. They’d offer me a great price and I took it !!!! And the customer service from “Jerrod” or “Jared” this guy is a top notch employee when’s it comes to customer service and detail. Great conversation and service. Will be back 4SURE
Had an excellent experience in there with Rob today. I’ve never sold anything to a pawn shop before, but he made it super simple and was super friendly. Didn’t get quite as much for my jewelery as I hoped, but that’s life! I still would def recommend them to anyone else!
