  • Had an excellent experience in there with Rob today. I’ve never sold anything to a pawn shop before, but he made it super simple and was super friendly. Didn’t get quite as much for my jewelery as I hoped, but that’s life! I still would def recommend them to anyone else!

  • When I walked in I was greeted by Spencer who was the most caring and respectful person, he genuinely cares about you and realizes that these items we bring in sometimes are very personal and important pieces, and the decision to have to pawn them can be so hard. He really made me feel better and I actually laughed which is something I haven't done in a while. The staff there are the best and they really work with you and explain the entire process which I appreciate. You can't go wrong with trusting your precious items in their hands. Thank you for making me feel like I mattered.

  • I deleted my last review because I had one single good experience. But man, these guys really make it hard. I walked in today. There were four of them standing behind the counter talking and not a single one of them said hi. Which is weird seeing as have spent around $1000 there in the last month and a half and would plan to spend Much more overtime as I am a collector. But honestly, I doubt I will be back. It’s a shame because their product is so good and their stuff they have is awesome. But the Customer service experience is an absolute dealbreaker.
