I was an out of town buyer, located in Tennessee. So my experience is based entirely on a remote vehicle purchase. The staff at this dealership are very friendly and genuinely helpful. I worked with Shane who provided walk around videos, photos and any documentation I requested on the vehicle. When it came to price, we had a constructive discussion, no 'man behind the desk' haggling and was provided a fair and transparent deal. I arranged my own vehicle transport and they ensured the pick up was smooth and well documented. The car arrived the next day and I couldn't be happier. Isn't this how car buying should always work? Very happy and very pleased with my experience here! I came in with the mindset of there was no way I would be buying a car today! I had the please of working with Oscar, the original car I was looking at online ended up not working out but I decided to go look around in person a bit and im so glad I did! I purchased a beautiful Ford Excursion from Driven Auto of Waukegan last month, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Oscar was my salesman, and he was excellent. He kindly sent every photo and video I requested and was incredibly thorough, patient, and prompt in responding to all of my questions and concerns. At no point did he pressure me to make a quick purchase, which I truly appreciated. He is a wonderful asset to the team. We also spoke with Dave and Andy, managers at Driven Auto, several times, and they went above and beyond to review and resolve an after-purchase hiccup.
