  • This dealership is ran by some of the nicest people I’ve ever met at a car dealership. Specifically I had the pleasure of working with Andy, awesome dude, he was super helpful and informative. I had been visiting for months and finally the perfect car for me turned up, I randomly stopped by Tuesday, had a quick chat with Andy where he showed me the model 3’s he just ordered in. One was just what I was looking for, 2020, long range, AWD, 100k miles. Today is Wednesday and I’ve made it back home with the coolest car I’ve ever bought. I cannot wipe the grin off my face and cannot recommend these guys enough. If you want to have the best dealership experience possible, you should buy your next car here! Update: I was so confident buying the vehicle from them that I handed the check over without even sitting in it first, I noticed on the way home that my front passenger window button (for the driver) was broken. Apparently it’s somewhat common for this model, I let my sales guy Andy know and he ordered the part to fix it, stopped by yesterday while I was in Illinois for another reason and they had it fixed in 30 minutes!

  • Robert H., Steve, David, and Mark along with the folks at Driven Auto of Waukegan did an excellent job on getting me squared away on my deal for my wife’s EQS 450+ with the AMG executive trim in a timely manner all over, text messages, email & FaceTime due to we are out of state. Robert, personally detailed my wife’s car and placed a red ribbon bow on it send us pictures for an added touch surprising my wife. I appreciate Robert acting as my POC when it came time to prep and ship the car for transport. The wife loves her new car and we want to say thank you for your time, patience & experience with your dealership.

  • I bought a used Dodge 3500 from Dave Pearson at Driven. The price for the vehicle was very reasonable. The sales experience was superb. All of the staff at Driven were up front, honest and personable. The mechanics took care of any concerns I had, the Dave and his team were very welcoming and answered any and all of my questions. I would recommend them if you are in the market.
