  Not happy at all. They allowed me to leave with a signed contract on a bmw then more than 2weeks later they told me I had to bring back the bmw because the bank wasn't going to finance it due to something with the vehicles history. So I brought it back to be tricked into an infinity that didn't have AWD and that's the entire reason I was buying a vehicle was because I needed awd living in the snow and with breaking my back a few years ago I can't deal with chains anymore. Leo even showed me a video of infinity's driving in the snow clearly were AWD vehicles to talk me into trading that for the BMW. I wasn't happy. Then on my way home not even 5 minutes away I looked up the Infinity on KBB and found out it was FWD. I was so frustrated! So then I have to drive back down again and was ignored due to helping other customers. And had to come back again (I live 2 hours away). Just to be told my options were nothing that I originally was even remotely interested in buying to begin with but basically I had no choice. I really just wanted my money back and to go somewhere else. My credit was completely trashed from trying to purchase a vehicle I ended up being forced into purchasing that I never wanted. The only thing it has that I wanted was AWD/4WD. It's not a color I wanted at all, it's not one of the models I wanted to test drive let alone buy, it doesn't have a sun roof or navigation or anything I originally wanted. My 4 things that were important to me having to be happy with purchasing was 1. AWD/4WD 2. RED 3. Premium luxury seats / comfy seats for my back with Nav & sunroof 4. Tech/safety package to assist my driving for more safety. Since my accident I'm scared of driving now. 5. Tow package or truck so I can take my trash to the dump with trailer or in back of truck. I live in a rural area where we all take our own trash to dump. I also need fire wood for heating so being able to bring fire wood home is also important. I also spend most my summers down at the lake or river kayaking with my dog & friends so I need something to pull a trailer or fit my kayak in/on it. I ended up being forced to purchase a GMC Terrain SLT with regular normal city tires not even all weather tires. Not to mention the BMW needed new wipers so I had to buy new wipers for it, the Infinity needed new tires and they refused to even put in the contract to replace the bald tires for me. And it also needed wipers. I'm too of every time I purchased a new/used vehicle they always cleaned it and filled it with gas. 1/4th tank in BMW I had to put gas in it before leaving Merced to make it home. The Infinity they at least put 3/4th tank. The GMC had half a tank and so they didn't put any more in it before I left as well as it was dirty you could tell the employees just use the vehicles for personal use and don't even clean them before you take the car off the lot. Very disappointed and I will be making an official report to the board of consumers affairs. I'm so disappointed with my entire experience and the way things ended up. I was promised every time they were going to give me something better and I didn't get close to what I wanted. Having to settle for this vehicle because it has AWD and the only AWD they could offer me was so disappointing. I'll never shop there again for a car. Update Feb 25, 2026 I've since returned the GMC which was the only thing with AWD or 4wd but obviously not even close to what I wanted which was the BMW X3. After having the GMC terrain I got stuck in the emergency weather storm warning and we lost all power I was completely snowed in and unable to go anywhere. Leo kept harassing me the entire time threatening me to not give me my deposit back and was going to take mileage off from my deposit. While I'm dealing with freezing temperatures and just trying to stay warm and survive threw the storm. Complete nightmare. Thankfully Auto Resources Corporation is a decent honorable business in that upon reaching out to their main offices they have sent me my refund back as Leo Can do is a complete liar & bully

  This place was amazing Mike is who helped us we were greated at the gate by another friendly staff member who escorted us over to Mike when I say Mike went above and beyond to make sure my husband and myself left there in a car that would fit our whole family! A man of his word is like to say we didn’t have the best credit but with all the hard work and dedication Mike put into helping us we left the car lot in the exact vehicle we came to look at! All around a great experience and I look forward to coming back to purchase another vehicle from him I highly recommend this place and ask for Mike he will be sure to go through rings of fire to make sure you leave happy!
