  • Ran for 3 weeks then started giving me issues… I replaced timing chain, cam phasers, vvt solenoids, spark plugs and coils, replaced all the sensors and nothing a year later and the car hasn’t been running, stay away at all cost

  • Yesterday I went to meet Maria and she showed me 2 cars that I called on. No pressure she was so polite and answered all my questions. I would have gladly bought the cars I called on but I am too tall for the Tesla model s she showed me. She even waited for me to get there after they normally close for the day. This was a very pleasant experience. Also I want to mention. They have no hidden dealer cost fees like most sneaky dealers in South Florida. I recommend that you give them a chance to show you one of their clean cars.

  • Great experience! Earlier this month (September 2025), I helped my son shop for a used car. We found and bought a great car at a great price from Gil and Maria at N-X-CESS. Dealing with Gil and Maria was a pleasure. Dealing with some other dealerships, not so good. I would find a candidate car online and request a written (email or text) out-the-door price. I did this with a few dealerships. Gil and Maria (N-X-CESS) were the only dealership that answered me in writing (Maria texted it to me). Other dealerships either ignored my request completely, or called me constantly leaving messages telling me they wanted to "discuss numbers". One time I made the mistake of answering the phone while I was driving (because I was expecting a call from someone else). I told them to text or email me the numbers and that I was driving and couldn't talk right now. Of course, they never texted or emailed me the numbers, but they kept calling and leaving messages saying "we want to discuss your numbers". Long story made short. Gil and Maria are so much better. Patient, no pressure, and they give straight answers to your questions. I liked the experience so much that less than a week ago (mid September 2025) I went back to N-X-CESS again and bought myself a used car. Thank you Gil and Maria.
