  I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.

  I literally never leave reviews but If you want a honest review! Here is one! YAZZ is Amazing!!! Very very helpful and very professional I’ve had plenty of vehicles before but I gotta be honest and say this was the best experience for me I now have a Mercedes Benz paid cash the process was very simple and easy …and the options they have are great!!! I’m already referring them to my family members I will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade or add a new addition to my driveway ..these people deserve a 4.9 rating
