  • The company, Bradley and Joanne all lived up to the name of Best Auto Deal. I looked across the country for the truck with complete service records, ideally one or two owners, in good shape, that could be a solid vehicle without needing repairs right away. Bradley and Joanne were prompt in responding, very up front with any issues on the vehicles, offered to have keys made or fixed, have my car detailed, and took care of everything very quickly. The price and value of the vehicle were the absolute best in the country by over $1500. I would happily buy another vehicle from Bradley, Joanne and Best Auto Deal N Drive.

  • First let me say that Joanne and Robert were amazing. I purchase a used vehicle from them and I wasn't there in person to go to the dealership. I did everything through phone conversations. They helped me the entire way from having a professional mobile mechanic check out the car before I bought it to the transport company to have the car delivered. Joanne was very fair on making the deal for my budget and Robert constantly checked in with me to make sure things were going smoothly. I highly recommend purchasing a used vehicle from them!!

  • STAY AWAY Rude and shady- so i went in and the car listed was 5495 and they were willing to go down to 5k BUT charge nearly a $1000 in dealers fees . then when i called back about paying it in cash and lowering dealers fees they said NO and best they could do was raise it to 6000 leave the safety issue they stated tires were in on it and NO warranty . and charge 6800 out the door this was higher then their listed price total scam stay away scam of the day -
