  • I purchased a 2003 Honda Element on 11/14/25 & picked up on 11/15/25. The car did not even make it home. It left me stranded on FL Turnpike halfway home. I had to tow it and the towed again to my mechanic that is still working in it. What seemed to be two older matured and honest ladies in reality are 2 wolves dressed as 2 Little Red Riding Hood's. Great sale tactic/logistic on the part of their owners. I have been trying to get their attention/help with my situation and all they have done is avoid me. When I have been able to talk to them all I get is "I UNDERSTAND AND I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU. I will talk to the owners and call you back. Call back never happened.

  • I purchased a car from this dealer, it was a trash. That is not the issue. They put the wrong information for the credit card for the payment, even they got the first payment thru that card. They also had an incorrect phone number on file. (Even they called me many times to sell the car. They claimed for the interest for the rest of the 2 payment. I also paid all in one shot at the spot. Here is the real issue, even they are paid in full the dealer placed a lien and never released that. I have a paperwork from 2023( paid in full in 2022) called “ lien satisfaction”. I took the letter to tag agency. Tag agency said this letter does not mean anything, still there is a lien on the car. It is end of 2025. Still there is a lien on the car, paid in full, cannot sell it. I called the this dealer, the lady on the phone is telling me to make my payments. It would be the first car in the history paid twice but still lien on it! If you are broke I get it, but if you have a decent income go to one of the respected dealers such a Metro ford, palmetto Nissan, HGreg, etc.
