  The company, Bradley and Joanne all lived up to the name of Best Auto Deal. I looked across the country for the truck with complete service records, ideally one or two owners, in good shape, that could be a solid vehicle without needing repairs right away. Bradley and Joanne were prompt in responding, very up front with any issues on the vehicles, offered to have keys made or fixed, have my car detailed, and took care of everything very quickly. The price and value of the vehicle were the absolute best in the country by over $1500. I would happily buy another vehicle from Bradley, Joanne and Best Auto Deal N Drive.

  After leaving my mechanic shop and being told my vehicle needed a new engine, I was left to locate another means of transportation asap. Our family found a vehicle at Best Auto Deal and Ms. Joanne and staff immediately assisted us and assured us they would work with us. We received great customer service. I'm very appreciative for the professionalism and care provided. Thank you.

  I purchased a 2003 Honda Element on 11/14/25 & picked up on 11/15/25. The car did not even make it home. It left me stranded on FL Turnpike halfway home. I had to tow it and the towed again to my mechanic that is still working in it. What seemed to be two older matured and honest ladies in reality are 2 wolves dressed as 2 Little Red Riding Hood's. Great sale tactic/logistic on the part of their owners. I have been trying to get their attention/help with my situation and all they have done is avoid me. When I have been able to talk to them all I get is "I UNDERSTAND AND I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU. I will talk to the owners and call you back. Call back never happened. In Response to the Owner of the Dealership: Glad to see you attempting to feel better by responding to my email without you having all the details that probably were hidden to you by your staff or maybe they are just doing what you have set up as the "Culture for Best Auto Deals & Drive. Entirely in agreement with the sale "As Is" but you never let me take the car to my mechanic where I live in Kendall, FL. In addition to the initial issues found by my mechanic the auto lock nor the remote work in the car. Something your staff knew but did not make known. I had to fix the lock drum in order to at least lock the car using the key. I will continue giving your dealership as much as "NEGATIVE PUBLICITY as I can. If you really meant to assist which your team never really put a foot forward with any help. They just spoke words but never real action. I would like to discuss this further with you if possible. In continuation of my 2003 Honda Element, yesterday I tried to use it on a trade in for the purchase of another/newer vehicle and willing to lose around $1,000.00 on the deal but when the dealer pulled the Car Fax it showed a "Potential Odometer Rollback" The last reported odometer reading was 256,966 miles on 3/21/24 by Brant's Automotive Inc. Also it shows the car passing the 183,000 miles on 2/4/2016. I purchased the vehicle on 11/14/2025 with 182,636 miles. Will continue posting findings as they arise. Just be careful before you purchase from this dealer. Make sure a trusted mechanic check the vehicle of your choice.
