  Update: VD apologized when I messaged them on Facebook saying this shouldn't have happened since I was already walking around with it. The following day I saw another one posted on Instagram amd called right away. I was able to pay for it over the phone so they can hold it for me. I'm glad things worked out in the end 😅 ------------ As much as I love Valley Discount, I'm giving it a 4 star (3 just feels to low considering we've saved a good thousand or more shopping with them this year). Following on social media is great to keep tabs on what's new, however I did not know we could pay for things over the phone or else I would have called it in right away to hold an item since I was just 4 minutes away leaving the dr office. I figured if it was there, it was meant to be. Normally I'm 15-20 minutes away so when I found it, I was so excited. I've been here so often that I already could tell where it was going to be. It was hard to believe! I found the perfect christmas present for my husband and grabbed it, ready to check out. The lady at the register (while on the phone) apologized and said someone just bought it over the phone. I really wish VD would pull the item first, so no one is happily shopping around thinking they scored the perfect item 😭

  Went in to pick up a soft serve ice cream machine and they honored the price I had seen the day before when they had a sale on it. Staff was super friendly and helpful will definitely be back
