  Just recently purchased a 2015 Q40 from this dealership and it was an easy, no hazzle, quality experience. The car I wanted was a decent price with no accidents and a free CARFAX. Since they don't do financing in-house, they'll recommend PentFed Credit Union for financing which it only 20 minutes away in Tysons. Both Eddie and Junior answered all my question in a timely, professional matter. They also have some of the lowest dealer processing fees compared to the rest of Northern VA. They was also able to do a Maryland State Inspection Free of charge. I'll will definitely recommend them if you want to buy a used car in Northern VA in the DC metro area.

  Things usually go awry when the warranty is up (or close to being up) hence why I waited to write this review but so far, so good. I’ll start with the buying process. I am a woman who came in to buy a Chevy Equinox, or something similar. My parents initially went to check it out on my behalf while I was out of town, but I was eventually able to come by and browse the inventory for myself. THEY ARE NOT YOUR TYPICAL CAR SALESMEN!!!! I was able to browse in peace without their lovely staff breathing down my neck or convincing me to take anything off the lot for sake of a sale. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their stock and answered any questions/concerns that I had. The purchase itself was smooth, I paid via cashiers check (they do not finance) and they took care of the DMV portion for me. Even after purchasing the vehicle I had a few concerns, I.e. rust and a spare key, and they were able to handle that for me. The car itself is pretty solid. I’ve had the transmission flushed as a precaution since that was not listed on the car fax and she got her 1st oil change last Friday because she needed one. After 3 months of owning this vehicle, I did have a minor issue 7/12/2025 with the car not getting enough power to get to speed and uphill but that was more of a connection issue, nothing to do with 1st choice. My mechanic cleaned off the wires and connections and it’s running just as well as it did when I drove it off the lot but I plan to stop by before my warranty is up to get a code scan for peace of mind. Thank you Abdul, Junior, Manager and the 2 other lovely associates (I didn’t get their names) that helped me for making this an exceptional car buying experience and I look forward to purchasing something else in the future! Oh, and I ended up getting a 2017 Infiniti qx50 lol

  I was looking for a dependable car for grandson ( college/work) kid . I saw the car online visit them and done deal. Easy flow less …thanks to the 1st Choice Crew. 2010 Camry 76147 miles … running strong.
