  Worst customer service experience!! No accountability whatsoever. Let's begin with the delivery time. I picked a day which worked for my schedule but received a call two days before saying he was close to my home. I was at work. It would have been nice to know a little earlier of the time change. So I sent my mom for a little bit. Wasn't a big thing, just an extra headache because I had to contact the office. The MAJOR issue was of trash and boxes being left from so called delivery driver. His excuse was he got a call and had to leave. But initially pushed the boxes to the front door as if about to haul off. Every furniture place I bought from hauled off their mess. But if was an "phone call" why wasn't that communicated to me instead of others services he provided. I was floored in the condition my BRAND NEW home was left in. Even scratched the floor. I called and expressed to the driver and owner about how upsetting this was. To only to be belittled, made me feel as if boxes were just boxes. Kept being cut off. Which made me even more frustrated. That was pure laziness and disgust. Regardless I am the customer and I should have been accommodated a lot better. The delivery and owner were so rude!! You would think the owner would of scolded the driver but he no defended him. I was hung up on. Only thing I was offered was to have them remove the boxes another day. Hell no!!! After the way I was handled, I was highly uncomfortable and didn't feel safe. I could went to Ashely's or Havertys but wanted to keep money in the community. NEVER AGAIN!

  The owner is of this store Keith is professional and kind. They care more about people and how to make them happy first not just trying to make a fast dollar. He listened to our needs and delivered it himself when the driver was late. Above and beyond. Now the actual furniture well that’s on another level. We’ve been wanting the cloud couch for over three years now and he made our dreams come true! It’s so soft and comfortable and exactly what we wanted. I have chemotherapy often And coming home to take a nap on this bad boy is going to be epic!

  My experience was amazing. I was able to furnish my home in one place. The prices are unbeatable and the customer service was on point. I got exactly what I wanted. I will be referring everyone to Leas Furniture!!!!!!
