  This is the best dealership I’ve visited after five others. Miguel Elvira and Gerardo Sanchez were extremely helpful, understanding my budget and working hard to make the deal happen. It’s now 10pm and they close at 7pm 😬 and I’m happy to say we successfully finalized everything. 👍

  THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD!! Don't let the favorable reviews fool you, like I did. It's a possibility they're paid reviews. Within a year, Fiesta has 12 reviews/complaints with buyers stating they were scammed, sold a lemon vehicle that broke down within one week to two months, with complaints of major engine failure, transmission, radiator, brakes, etc. They rely on AS-IS sales to sell buyers bad vehicles and an arbitration provision (next to your signature, make sure you write that you REJECT the arbitration provision)to take your constitutional rights away and not allow you to take them to court. They have repeated complaints (on all platforms Yelp, Carfax, etc.) of buyers stating they were scammed, including me. You will need to educate and protect yourself so you don't get swindled by Fiesta; it looks like they have been doing dirty business for years, complaints of lemon vehicles being sold going back 8+ years. Test driving is not enough dealing with Fiesta, they're shisty scammers with smiles on their face. If you still decide to purchase from this dealership, arrange to take the vehicle off-site(non-Fiesta Motors affiliate) and schedule an independent Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) or use a reliable mobile inspection service, use a refundable deposit, and if the Fiesta refuses (which they will), walk away. REJECT they're arbitration provision. With the current economic climate, customers cannot afford to spend their money with any company that doesn't give them what they paid for and refuses to give refunds. Consumers shouldn't have to worry about a dealership committing outright fraud. Spend your money with a more reliable, trustworthy dealership so that you don't get stuck with a lemon and end up spendimg more money on a lawyer. Fiesta is desperate for your cash and they don't have reliable vehicle inventory. Pay attention to their "AS IS", the BS warranties and everything else. Don't buy from this dealership!! They use "AS IS" to try and lock you into a contract, keep your down payment/trade in value and leave you with a vehicle that's a lemon. They need to disclose the defects on the AS IS contract, especially engine and transmission, but they will portray that the vehicle was good before the buyer drove it off the lot. I bought a 2008 dually truck for $27,000 on 08/2025 and the engine blew within a week. After that, the bullying, manipulation and intimidation began. After they had my money, trade in and the balance financed with their 3.1 rating, non accredited BBB bank- Westlake Financial, Fiesta treated me as if they were doing me a favor because I bought a lemon from them and they wouldn't give me a refund. I have been and currently stuck without a unreliable vehicle since September 2025. Fiesta thinks it's within their right to keep my $16500, down payment. Buyers need to stand up to companies that practice unscrupulous business practices, hold them accountable or put them out of business by going elsewhere!! Also, be aware of the manager reminding you of the random dude ,that looks like he works for Fiesta, walking around the vehicle you're looking at as if he's trying to buy it too. I have never been so scammed at a car dealership like I was at Fiesta Motors.

  We purchased a car today from Fiesta Motors and had a wonderful experience. Geo and Javier were a huge help throughout the entire process. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Max was amazing as well and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
