  • Honestly a 20 out of 10...not only were we well takin care of from the start by great and professional staff the customer service was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The gentleman pulled the car around so I could test drive it and once I got back he was able to answer any questions or concerns we had. A very pleasant and quick check out process and just made the whole experience worth while! I would highly recommend anyone to go there if there looking to purchase a car from a great team!

  • Horrible sales staff. Specifically the son. Test drive an 08 Chevy trail blazer and had a shake in the back end and the front suspension also had a problem. Told the salesman and he rebuffed my statement. I am an AVT mechanic that I went to College for and definitely know my way around vehicle and problems they may have. Had over a g in cash in pocket yet refused to work with me on larger down payment vehicles. Honestly had hoped for a better experience and wanted to work with them for there in house financing. Unfortunately there a shady dealership and I would never ever recommend anyone even purchase a car for the troubles that will come with terrible maintenance on there cars for sale. My girlfriend has also had 2 cars from them that 1 dumbed the the entire radiator fluid and another that had sawdust in the transmission to extend the life of a bad transmission... I've lived in the Centralia area all my life. Over 45 years Had heard mixed stories of sales. Always hard they are shady and once you've made the deal they could careless what happens after you drive off... Had to come back and add anyone with Brown for the last name could possibly be related so always question all reviews from every angle...

  • I bought a car here in 2021. This business is made to take advantage of poor people, the entire model runs on the fact that you can't do anything if they sell you a bad car, and they will sell you a bad car. They do not care about their customers nor the vehicles they sell. The interest rates are predatory and the owner is only nice until after the sale. There are plently of used car lots in lewis county, I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a car. It's going to be easy to look past the bad reviews on here and just decide to take a risk, especially if you're desperate for a car, but you will regret it, I know I did.
