  As many have mentioned here, J&A has a fantastic team who are a pleasure to work with. I first met with Cameron, who always finds a way to be responsive and knowledgeable. He answered my many questions on the BMW i4 M50 that I purchased, with patience and enthusiasm. I also had the pleasure of working wirh Andrey who is informative and laid out my financing options quickly and efficiently. I also worked with Angela for a bit and she's professional and customer friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Great inventory as well. 10/10 highly recommend!

  I purchased a "new to me" 2022 Audi E-tron from J&A. I initially found the vehicle through Facebook marketplace. They do a great job listing their inventory there too and I had some search parameters set up for the type of vehicle we were looking for. Communication was fast and easy on Facebook, then I went to visit the dealership in Bellevue. I test drove a few vehicles and this was SUPER stress free. They made it really easy to try out a few vehicles on my own, driving all by myself. While the sticker price was very fair, they were open to discussing a few extra details involving the sale. I purchased the car the same day and they took care of me very well after the sale. EV tax credits were in the final weeks before they expired, so J&A pushed that application through so I could get a government rebate. I was very happy it went through just a few weeks later and they notified me and I went over to pick up the check. J&A also has a detail salon and collision center that I'll be using in the future if I ever need it. Overall I was super happy with the purchase, and felt really prepared for what I was expecting based on their marketplace listing and the online inventory on their website. Great team to purchase from!
